I’m not sure who I should address this too but I’ve noticed on my way to and from work for the past week to two weeks I have noticed lots of superior's gentlemen’s who mow and Weed eating doing great work around town and even in the summer heat and still doing a wonderful job making our town look great! I just wanted to say great job and thank u for all your hard work and dedication on making our town look better! Sincerely a proud resident of Decatur, Hartselle area!

Cheyenne is the absolutely best Mosquito sprayer I’ve ever had. She has done everything perfect. This is the first summer in year’s having this service that I am so satisfied. She goes out of her way to make everything right and me pleased. She even cleaned my windows bc the wind blew the spray on windows I recently cleaned. She is so kind, caring, and has a great personality. I vote her as Superior services employee of the summer 🤩🥇🌟

Cheyenne with Superior is absolutely amazing! She comes to my house to spray for mosquitoes, and the difference has been incredible. She’s always on time, professional, friendly, and takes the time to make sure everything is done right. Since she started treating our yard, we’ve been able to enjoy being outside without constantly getting bitten. If you’re looking for reliable, knowledgeable, and excellent customer service, I highly recommend Cheyenne with Superior. She truly goes above and beyond, and I couldn’t be happier with the service!

I have been using Superior for several years now for mosquito control. It works! Cheyenne is my technician and she is great! She is kind, communicates well and is knowledgeable about the products. If I ever need anything all I have to do is ask! Great company!!

We have been with Superior for years and have had great care. Our tech notifies us the day before to ensure good timing for his/her visit. Today, Dalton McGuire was the one visiting and he took extra great care. I requested covering a problematic area where weeds are forming their own government, and he had already addressed this location. Some time later, I noticed him with a blower clearing off our back porch of leaves and debris. Who does this?! Then he was out front in the driveway doing the same. It's that kind of extra care that makes me write this. It wasn't for show or a tip, just really solid care. I trust Superior and it is an earned trust. They are easy to recommend.

Would give ZERO stars if an option. I have requested to be removed from all marketing postal lists and apparently this business does not seem to care. If for something so simple as this, there is no way I would hire them to treat my lawn.

Highly recommend AVOIDING this company. We hired Superior Lawn Care for lawncare, tree and shrub, mosquito, and pest control. Their quality of work is garbage and their manager, Brandon, is unprofessional, rude, and confrontational. Our lawn looked awful despite regular services plus additional weed treatments. Grass was dying and weeds were everywhere despite everything Superior did. All of our neighbors were telling us Superior does not know how to manage fescue grass. Superior had termite stations installed and another termite company found termite activity under our home. Fortunately, no damage to the home. I called Superior and they had to come and treat. I'm unsure how well of a job they did, however, or if their stations were effective. I have been in contact with Brandon multiple times and he has been rude and absolutely unprofessional. I've had him on speaker phone and family members are appalled at the way he talks to paying customers. He is a big reason we canceled all of our services with Superior except our termite service (we paid for the year so we allowed it to expire) and they have still yet to pick up their termite stations. We have been informing our neighbors (current and new) to avoid Superior. We went with Fairway Lawn (highly recommended) and in the matter of a few months, had a lawn better than anything Superior came close to. They are a very professional group and I enjoy talking to them. Quality service and quality attitude. If I could give Superior 0/5 stars, I would. Absolutely terrible product and attitude.

Know nothing about the mini snicker ,,never seen or heard of it until I showed you it was even my mech there was no trechless irrigation,,and no name for you if not for me and then be a limited and humidity the why you let your guy in office talk and handle things is why you don't have me ,you have no more trechless irrigation you don't even have a snicker that runs anymore lmao how big of a person takes all the credit and fame and throws the man that started it all to the street you wouldn't have nothing or no one bring you something thay made you alot of cash we'res my cut just what i thought greed gets you no were without me you would never new anything remember that and I have a snicker and I'm starting a new business in 2025 in your home town and let's see what comp does for you should have taken care of the one that started you fame

Stay Away from this Guys , they will charge you for weed control , literally charge you to put a sign in your Yard ,hang invoice in your front door and drove off.. complete rip-off...

Excellent service. The lawn service guys are very knowledgeable & professional. Charity, in management & customer service, was extremely helpful with information I needed. I highly recommend this company for all the services they provide.

To whoever drives this vehicle for this company understand when you are in a subdivision/neighborhood that has children and walkers constantly be aware the speed limit is NOT 60. Very wreck-less,unsafe and unprofessional. I can only imagine the work they do for their customers. I will be filing a formal complaint. Company vehicles with drivers this ignorant need insurance trackers.

Love my Pest Tech. Came over for my quarterly application. He was thorough, professional, and knowledgeable - pointing out cracks and such around the house which I may want to address to assist in preventing pests access to my house. Highly recommend

Jerry is awesome! He lets us know a day before he plans on coming to treat our yard. He always takes his time and is very thorough and personable.

Today my house was serviced by the pest control part of superior lawn care. I have always been thoroughly happy with their mosquito and flea spraying for the yard, but I went ahead and added on the Pest services to start this month. I just want to say Jeremy did an amazing job. He covered absolutely everything and didn’t let anything get missed! I appreciate his thoroughness so very much. Great company. Great employees.

Jerry B. with Superior Services always does a great job providing pest control for our home. He always calls the day before. We are very mindful about safety, and Jerry always keeps us informed about everything he is doing and any products being applied. We are very pleased with Jerry B. and Superior Services pest control!

We’ve been using Superior Lawn Services for almost a year now and have had no issues. Most of the time the technicians have great customer service skills and provide excellent work. I would not recommend utilizing Steven if you end up with his services. Request someone different.

I have beeen using Superior Services for the last three years to treat for mosquitos. We live on a large lot with a lot of plants, bushes & trees. We got tired of fighting mosquitos and called Superior Services. Our mosquito problem is a thing of the past. Superior Services has always been reliable, responsive and & professional. Office staff is courteous and helpful with scheduling and questions. Owner is trustworthy, easy to talk to, fair in pricing and takes pride in his business. Service technicians are well trained, competent, on time, professional, helpful, and profecient. I highly recommend Superior Services!

My grass has never looked better!

Excellent service, highly knowledgeable, listens to concerns and provides solutions the results on my lawn and shrubs is spectacular.

We have had a good experience with Superior since we got their service a few years ago. However lately we have had some issues, and it’s likely due to just rushing the service. Weeds are supposed to be spot treated and that hasn’t been done the last two quarters. I’m tired of having to call when they don’t do something we are paying them for. For now, they get four stars!

Excellent fertilizer, but weed control has been spotty. Most of the weeds are gone, but dozens and dozens of them remain.

Great job and great service !! Jerry is dependable and very personable!!
