After contacting Lawn Doctor, they came out quickly to check the yard and afterwards provided me a professional recommendation.

We tried multiple lawn care companies in Madison, and none of them worked until we hired Lawn Doctor. Effective and communicative.

At first the service was good. But this year the service was at a low level. After their service the weeds did not stop growing, the grass lost its appearance, there were more yellow spots.

Have used this service for several years. The last 3 years, service and my lawn have definitely declined. I started with a lush green beautiful lawn. Now I have multiple bare and brown patches. Twice recently tech scheduled appointment and was a No Show.

This is currently the state of my grass after 1.5 years with Lawn Doctor. They were supposed to come do a soil test a few months ago to see why it's dying on their watch but no one followed up on that

Potentially new customer needed quote only. I set up a appointment with Mason from this company "Lawn doctor" and guess what he was a no show folks😡! I called to find out what happened and he tells me he already drove by my property evaluated it and have the audacity to say he couldn't get out of his truck or call me because he has over 4,000 customers🫨 he have to take care of "SO WHAT"!!! Then to come up with🤨 excuses after excuses is unacceptable, unprofessional and most of all terrible customer service which shows me what type of company this is and folks I'm not even a contracted customer. I wouldn't recommend this company at all unless you want to be all stress out GOOD RIDDANCE Lawn Doctor!!!!!

I really like the employees at lawn doctor but I’m very disappointed after multiple years of service. My grass was thick & full & green, now it’s all dead and patchy and brown. Wish I could load before & after pictures. Prices are fine. But after multiple year of only one lawn service, my yard shouldn’t have crab grass, and most definitely should look 10 times better than it does. 😢🙁

We have been with Lawn Dr for 6 yrs. Our Tech Daren Hulsey was very thorough and answered my questions completely. He takes his time and does not rush and does a fantastic job. Thank you Daren!

I have been using Lawn Doctor for about 10 months now. I noticed after a week or so the last time they treated the yard, some weeds and crab grass. I annotated it on the bill so that they could pay attention to it next month. They sent a service agent out immediately to retreat the yard! You can tell the crab grass has been remedied. I highly recommend them!

From their first visit the weeds in my yard began dying. I had so many weeds that I was afraid the HOA would give me a warning. This is a great family owned company and I highly recommend them. They offer a great value for their services.

The Technicians who did our lawn were very courteous, friendly, and did good job. The lady behind the desk answers all our questions politely and very helpful. We recommended lawn doctor to all our friends.

Well it started out real well I was even offered a job showed up four times in a row on time ahead of schedule and the last time they wouldn't even answer the door I'm standing out there waiting to go to work and no one answer the door I went around and knocked on three different doors and no one would come to the door and all the vehicles were there and they were inside and why they told me to come back four different times and then not answer the door is beyond me as far as the recommendation no I wouldn't recommend them

Always know when they are coming

The company will not return my emails and will not refund my money from a prepaid account due to my moving out of the area. I would think twice if I were you about doing business with this type of company since they could careless about customers.Beware! The quality of my lawn after service sucked as well.

Unable to disclose the chemicals they would be using. I didn't feel that was safe for me or my pets and the environment. So I didn't sign up.

When this business came to our property and sprayed everything was killed I went ahead and prepaid for a whole year This is the way the property looks now from December... when they killed everything the first time now it just keeps living and growing

Have dealt with many lawn care services. This one, by far, absolute worst. Poor costumer retention attitude by owner. Definitely do not recommend. If I could rate them negatively, I would.
