Academy Termite & Pest Control

Nice people but Absolutely horrible at their job. Hired them to spray for bed bugs at a rental property I have. Paid them in full on the first day. They told Me To wait two weeks and contact them again if the problem wasn’t resolved. Well it wasnt. They have been three additional times and i finally had to hire a different company to spray. We requested a refund and the owner stated he would only refund half. Then told me they never have this problem. I told him i guess they are SUPER bedbugs. Told him i would see him in small claims court since they Guaranteed they would get rid of them. Plan on filing the suit and reporting to the Better Business Bureau next week.

These people are fantastic! I was having a horrible time just trying to get in contact with my current pest control company to schedule an additional spray. After trying 5 different phone numbers, texting my technician, and chatting online twice, the soonest they could help me was in 11 days. That's when my husband suggested I call Academy because he had a great interaction with Jason. I called and a sweet lady with a good southern accent answered and made me feel at home. When I told her my issue, she connected me to Jason. Long story short, Jason rearranged his schedule and was at my house in less than 2 hours. He talked me through the issue, treated everything, set me up with a good plan for maintenance, and was cheaper than what we were paying the big company. Then he told me that his son would be my technician because he usually handles the termite side of things. Which means, he even stepped outside of his usual tasks to help me. He didn't make me wait until his son was available; he came right away. Praise God for excellent service! For someone local who actually cares! For a company that recognizes that their customers are people who deserve personal interaction and help! Well done, Jason! Well done, Academy Termite and Pest Control! So very thankful!
