Under termite bond. 8 months late in 2022. Talked to owner and they inspected mid October. Paid bill, inspected on their own 4 months later and want to be paid again. Said they were catching up to original contract date. Does no good to inspect 4 months later. Contract should be reset to each October.

There is a woman on this team that steals from home owners.

Great service and very knowledgeable and friendly employees.

I don’t know anything about this business or their services except that whoever was driving their truck yesterday has no regard for others or their safety. This Home pest control truck was randomly sitting in Java Jaay parking lot, no where near the drive thru line. I went to get in the drive thru line and had to slam on brakes from this truck cutting me off and almost hitting me to get in front of me. Like I said, I know nothing of this business or services but certainly won’t ever use them.

Beware. They said they were coming out to look at the house for termites and never heard from them again, no call no nothing. Liar's.
