The last few times they've come out they didn't even come inside the house to spray or anything. They just walk around outside and leave without saying a word. I honestly have no idea what we're giving them money for because our pests have definitely not been controlled. This is just a huge scam.

Was promised a certain rate for a loaded package. Dude who came out only did a few things, wanted extra for my detached garage, wanted extra for basically everything besides basic anti bug spray on home entryways. Either false advertising or bad service.

The time is 4:01 pm on 11/1/2022. Approximately 8 minutes ago, one of your drivers nearly slammed into the passenger side of my car after he decided running a stop sign was ok to do. Not only are my kids with me but we are all also shaken up from me having to slam on my breaks.This happened near the Walgreens on Danville road. The driver was coming from the side road and powered through a stop sign to get in to Beltline road. Something should be done. The tag number started with an 8 and ended in N4. I hope that your policy is to have safe drivers that conduct themselves professionally, especially when driving company vehicles.

Should’ve went with PestPac for yalls paperless service. ServSuite is known in the pest control industry to be the worst software to use.
