Love this company's service's so far. The technician is always nice, respectful and explains things fully. And slowly gettin results to killin off bugs. EDIT: Still with this company. They got rid of all my roach problems. I continue to use them to keep the roaches and other critters at bay. Reasonable monthly payment. Still helpful and professional to this day. Very happy with their service. Love how I receive a text to let me know when they will come out day/ time to do another visit. And how I can autopay them for their work. And how they send an invoice/receipt in my email after the job is completed. Would recommend them to anyone. Glad I was told bout them. I'll be a life long costumer for yrs to come.

Robert was very friendly and professional. He listened to my concerns. Appreciate Robert going above and beyond to address pest. This is a new house built on an old pasture so will have bugs but after two visits it’s much better.

Defense Pest Control is the best pest control company we have used. They are family owned which means they care about quality and service. Not only are they reliable with their treatments they come out for any issue I have! Our lawn looks great because of them, we can sit on our porch without a ton a mosquitos, and when I was battling gnats in my kitchen they came to the rescue and treated for them and it helped immensely! They are awesome!

The Defense Pest Solutions Technician did an excellent job at our home. He was very thorough and professional.

I am new to Defense Pest Control and their lawn care service. I was frustrated with other lawn care services that promised a lot and then never called back and certainly never showed up. Then I got a referral to Defense and wow! JD came out in a couple of days as scheduled, did the analysis of our newly sodded (5 months) Palisades zoysia lawn, gave me in-depth info on what I needed and how their annual program works, pricing, etc. He went ahead and treated it the same day and our lawn is lush, green, and beautiful. I purchased their annual care program and JD came out today for the next application in the program. Defense sends you reminders of when they will be here, they send adjustments to the schedule the day of treatment, they advise on issues like potential outdoor pet concerns, how you can help before and after the treatment (water, don't water, mow, don't mow, etc.), and once again they were right on time. JD is a 'How else can I help you" individual, energetic and enthusiastic, clearly very knowledgeable, and a joy to work with. Because of our experience with their service in lawn care, I will probably convert my pest control to them also. I believe the Cullman area is a new expansion area for them, we are on Smith Lake, and JD says they are very interested in more customers here. Give them a try!

Horrible service and does not stand behind their work. Do not use them for termite inspections. They cleared my house without looking in sub spaces. We had $7000 worth of structural repairs done to the "termite free" house. **Clutter and wall decor had NOTHING to to with the visible damage in the sub space. We had 6 contractors tell us there was NO WAY the attic access was looked at because it was clearly visible without entering the space.
