So I have a very bad experience. As a new customer we set up an appointment and received confirmation of the day and time that they would be out and had somebody home. It was given timeslot on when the pest control man will come out. Needless to say he did not arrive during that during the day or the hours that we were informed that he was contacted the office they tried to reach him. He did not answer the phone. We was informed that he will call us back within 30 minute minutes to hour over an
