Absolutely phenomenal customer service our technician was seriously the best this morning and so so polite and helpful. Will definitely keep using the service just because the interactions are so great as well as the results. Definitely recommend getting their home shield package. I was just on my front porch and got bitten on my legs numerous times. It just seems to be too much to ask for. 😢

The young man did a great job of spraying, but the mosquitos appeared to have a better time partying than our guests. They were still plentiful the next day of the event and never let up.

In April, my technician applied product as it was clouding up to rain. It rained 5 different times in those next 48 hours. I texted for a reapplication and I never got a response.
Did not ring doorbell before spraying or put up yard sign after spraying! Now you are bothering a longtime customer on Saturday morning! Going downhill with service - so sad !

the technician did not go into my backyard to spray. my gate was locked and i didn’t know he was here. no knock on my door. no text or call. he needs to come back and finish my yard.

We are sorry to hear your service was not as expected, we unfortunately can not determine your profile from your google name however we would never leave a backyard untreated and not come back to finish it. You can call or email us and we would get that taken care of right away. We also send a list of all service dates at the beginning of the year, send an email the day before treatment, and a text 30 minutes prior to arrival to all customers to ensure there is no confusion on when we are coming to your property. Please reach out at your earliest convince and we can get this taken care of right away.
I will definetly use them again next year. Scout was always very helpful and quick to resolve any issues I may have had. It was so nice to be outside and not be attacked by mosquitoes. So glad I heard your ad on WDJC!
