If I could give a 0 star I would. Service is terrible. I’ve scheduled 3 different times and no one showed up either time . But, they will faithfully pull funds from your account. This is a terrible company I do not recommend.

This service is terrible. Unlike some of the other complaints, they at least showed up. However, I spent the entire summer and fall dealing with the same amount of insect issues as every other year. Additionally, they were not clear about the cancellation policy. They charge you extra to cancel the service early, so I would never recommend this company to anyone. You'd be better off going to Lowe's or Home Depot and spending the money to DIY.

If you don't watch your yard being sprayed or treated for ants, some of the workers will (1.) half complete the job; or (2.) Not perform the scheduled service at all. This happened to me. Worker had just gotten to my home and starting spraying. I had to leave for an hour, but reminded him to treat for ants. He said he would. As soon as I drove off he went to his truck, set inside the truck for 8 to 10 minutes, and drove off. Not only did he not complete the spraying for insects, he did zero for the ants. This is some absolute foolishness!!! I feel that I've been getting ripped off. These types of dealings make it hard to trust. I feel that more and more services that are offered are not meeting standards, and are not worth the cost. I Will not do business with this type of dishonesty and disregard for the customer. I will be canceling this service as soon as possible!!!!

Chris did a INCREDIBLE job. He tackled everything I needed at the time. Though HE did a great job. The business itself is not good. They make you sign a contract you have THREE days to back out of and if you don't or if something unfortunate happens it's up to you to pay it. Do not and I repeat. Do not go through with them. Thank you The "first payment" if not that much but for everything it could cost you up to $700 to back out They did not tell me anything about it being a contract at all inowrson and after I called said "well I'm sorry I've been there before, it's your fault"

This company is a joke! A tech came out giving a whole spill on their contract. Stating they would waive fees and would send someone back after the first service to spray the inside of my home! And most certainly no one showed up or even called to say they would not come. After I signed this said contract I read over it in detail and decided to cancel this service immediately. I emailed them and contacted customer service The Day after the contract was signed well within the 24hr cancelation period and no one responded or even acknowledged that they had received my cancelation! Now they think im going to pay a cancelation fee bc of their lack of communication. I think not! And the fact that they just schedule visits unbeknownst to you or when you are not present is crazy to me! Now the harassment has started about cancelation fees and etc but why didn't anyone respond when I emailed and called the day after to cancel this service!? A scheduled tech unbeknownst to me called out of nowhere stating they were on the way for an appointment that I did not schedule at all! I explained to the tech that I had been sent a cancelation for this service and service were no longer wanted. The tech was very nice and respectful and stated they would let them know immediately. In others these people to me are scammers and please be aware of their unprofessional business behavior!

Does not match the “promises” they make. I was told they give monthly service. For $79 a month I was thinking great, I’ll take that monthly service! They also promised amazing customer service 🙄🙄. No, they don’t come out monthly. You have to schedule the service (no one told me that) until I called to see why they haven’t been coming out. They said you have to call and ask them to come out. I said okay well I need to schedule a service. I’m patient, I get it. So I scheduled the service. No one ever came out on the scheduled date. I kept getting reminders after reminders and no one ever came or called to let me know they couldn’t make it. But I continued getting charged that $79 a month though. They came in August and haven’t seen them since. Save your money and go to Cook’s. Cook’s really is great with customer service.

Disorganized business structure, have had to repeatedly call to verify dates and times, and get a callback 1/5 times on average. Additionally, the sales representative who promoted this service had marketing materials, including pictures of the insects that are targeted as well as the techniques that are used, one of which was to spray inside of walls without having to make a hole, via the drain pipes coming from the sinks to the walls being temporarily disconnected so that the sprayer can reach in; the technicians are friendly, but, have never done this for me, although I have requested it each time, and seem completely oblivious to this technique, citing that they have never done this aspect of the service before for anyone, and are unfamiliar with it, thus, unable to perform it. DEVONTE tech is great !

RUN!! They are scammers and will tell you that you can cancel at any time. The technicians cancel last minute and never provide services and you still get charged monthly! Do NOT sign the contract because if you decide to cancel, they will make you pay for the remaining months in the contract. Now we have to pay $480 just to break out of what we signed up for and services weren’t rendered! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Beware of Insight Pest Solutions Alabama Insight Pest Solutions Alabama is an unethical and dishonest company that locks customers into contracts under false pretenses. When we signed up, we were told they used only “safe” products. However, once the chemicals were applied, we discovered they were actually harmful to both people and animals. "You will need to keep children and animals away from the applied areas for several hours". At the time of signing up, we were told that we could cancel our service without penalty if we did so within three days of the first treatment. The very next day, after realizing the products used were unsafe, we contacted the company to cancel. Instead of honoring their own policy, we were told the contract could not be canceled and that we would have to pay to stop the service. Since then, we’ve received repeated, harassing phone calls from company representatives demanding several hundred dollars for services that were never performed. They’ve used intimidation tactics and even threatened to send our account to collections. This company operates in bad faith, uses misleading sales tactics, and treats customers unfairly. I strongly recommend avoiding Insight Pest Solutions Alabama and finding a more honest pest control provider.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! My neighbors have rental properties and hired them. They came door to door to ask if anyone would like to get a discounted rate. They said since the neighbors are paying the transportation fee it would be $60 a month and they’d come monthly to spray and if we have any issues they would come again as many times we would need for free. Inside and out. The man was nice and said if we decided to cancel or we couldn’t afford it not to worry that we could cancel anytime no charge. And said there’s no commitment and just to sign saying we agreed to that. We weren’t happy with our services and asked to cancel about a month in. We decided it wasn’t worth it. They’d came a couple times and then any time to make future appointments they said they were too busy. Although when they were here they seemed nice enough. They told my husband it would be $300 + to cancel. We said no it’s free according to the man who we spoke to at our home. They said did you record the conversation…. Um no. We didn’t think we were being scammed so we didn’t think to record it. Basically it would cost an arm and a leg to cancel even though they said it wasn’t a commitment and was no fee. They had also mentioned a contract which we never received. Turns out they sent it to the wrong email and not even my husbands email. We weren’t aware of the contract because we were told it was monthly payments and no commitment and can freely walk away anytime. I then spoke to them and they said the lowest they could do is $180 cancellation fee and although I was angry for the lies and the lack of communication on their part and avoiding to make appointments I said fine we can do the $180. Then as we were finishing up on the phone he came back and said actually I can’t do $180 due to the system it has to be $200. The man I spoke to was nice and all but what good is nice if you’re being lied to and scammed. So are they nice? Mostly yeah sure but DO NOT GET THIS SERVICE. It’s not worth the headache to deal with constant avoidance for appointments and lying about pricing and free cancellation. If you do decide to go with them please please please record every single interaction because they will not help if you don’t have it regardless to if you and your spouse heard what they said.
