These guys are nice and professional. Our technician Colin is fantastic. The only reason for the 4 star review and not 5 is the AI call center. It’s not great. I’d rather just talk to a human.

Charles arrived right on time and we were his first visit of the day. He installed the Trelona termite stations cleanly. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and made sure to walk the yard to show his work and told me of the need for a day or two to avoid mowing directly over the station. I was not aware of that need and made certain to avoid them

Ben was on time and very courteous. He introduced himself right away and made me feel comfortable with him being in and around my home. Ben also explained other services that Lookout Pest Control services offers and suggested that I may save money by bundling within their company instead of having those services being done from other companies. I enjoyed meeting Ben and having conversations with him.

I was not completely pleased with Sean's work at my house. He did spray/dust powder around the outside but apparently had not planned to spray the inside. I asked him to do that. He did not go into the garage or basement. Please do not send him to my address again. Thank you
