After finding a snake in my home, I called last night and they were here the very next day. They were professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. Fast response and excellent service—I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

This is my second time working with Covenant Wildlife. Our first invaders were bats a few years ago. Because my experience with Covenant was so great, I reached out to them again when I heard scratching and movement in the attic. They were able to come out the same day which was such a relief as I was leaving town the next morning. Jesus was thorough and attentive and went above and beyond with his inspection, trap placement, and after it was safe to do so, sealing potential entry sites. I cannot express how appreciative and grateful I am for the quality of work they deliver and the ease of which it is to work with them.

Prompt & Professional! I saw numerous honeybees going under the siding of my house and thought there could be a hive. The technicians came out with their infrared camera, saw no activity, but to assure me, they drilled a tiny hole in the wall and put a camera in to show me that there was no hive. Took their time to look under the floor just to give me peace of mind.

Very fast and responsive! I called yesterday and they showed up the next day to set traps and address all of our concerns.

I called Covenant because I started to hear bats in my attic vent. They were able to send Riley out the very next day and he was able to swiftly take care of the problem. Riley was great at explaining to me what he was doing and what I could expect going forward.

Have worked with Covenant twice now to rid my attic of squirrels. The first experience led me back to them. So far it is going well. Was told it may take a few weeks to work. Today, we finally saw some success.

Covenant Wildlife did exclusion work on our house after purchasing a home with a noticeable previous Infestation. After a full year, we have been thrilled to have NO animals return. They were even able to double check their work for us to ensure nothing got in. Very thankful

We had a problem with raccoons and Covenant Wildlife helped us get them out of our house. Riley was extremely knowledgeable and communicative. There was no mention of an inspection fee when the appointment was set up. I was charged for the inspection. The quote for the work that was estimated was over 8k. A competitor came out gave a free inspection and quoted 2k. I called the main office asking for a refund of the "inspection fee" and was not given that back. I don't recommend.

Covenant came out and dealt with our bat problem quickly and effectively. Riley was very knowledgeable and he and Jesus did a great job. Can recommend.

Doug appeared very professional. We were okay with the estimate on getting rid of a squirrel and bat. However, the quote for the lift was a rip off. Furthermore, he attempted to insult me by saying we “couldn’t” afford the lift. Who assumes that someone can’t afford his INSANE lift price! He wasn’t up front with the estimate on the lift! We were able to get a very reliable person who didn’t charge $1000 for a lift for only 10 minutes of work.. RUN FROM THIS PERSON!! Unreliable and untrustworthy!! I’m sure he had to pay these people for their fake reviews!

I called to get help for a snake off of the cahaba exit because cars were coming fast and I didn’t want the snake to get hurt. The owner got smart with me and said that there’s “so many snakes lose in the state of Alabama” and told me that my call was stupid when I only wanted to get helps for the snake. Would not recommend.

Worse service! Canceled the appointment at last minuet with no show. He seems to show up whenever he wants to and expecting you to wait for him all day. Instead of inspect outside around my condo, that was what I have expected him to do and he could have done that anytime. But he insisted he wanted to go inside set a mice trap that I could have done that with pest control company, not this company. Don't waste your money or time with this company.

They never showed up

Despite the fact I had at least 2 raccoons running loose in my house. They made me wait 3 days to call me. By then I had already gotten someone else to come out and already caught one of them. No I'm not in the system because they were never hired to do the job. They need to understand if wild animals are running loose in a lived in house that constitutes an emergency. But they didn't care.

I have yet to see what $250 got me. A total waste of money and time. We are still hearing critters in the attic…
