First off I feel like they cover for rude technicians. My mother hired their service for about 3 months the tech would ignore my mothers concern and areas where she saw the most issues with and was ignored. They sent guy back and he did barely anything. Literally a spray on 2 walls and spray on doorway. No more than 5-10 minutes in and around home. Tried to speak to a manager and he just said he was a great man and trusted his tech. We have been customers for years, and I have to say the customer service has gone down the drain. I am truly disappointed and would not recommend them to anyone. I have been asking them to service the inside of my house since late May/early June. Every time an excuse is made. Once I was told by the tech that all of cooks had run out of indoor spray. We paid to have service every 21 days. It’s now been over 40 days and multiple phone calls and NOBODY has called back or come out. I have no idea how this place has a good review. Their customer service is horrible. I get told “the manager will call you back” and I have never received a call from a manager, not even a regular employee. I tried calling customer service and I got hung up on. Do not use them if you want good service! I wish I could upload photos of how many times I have called this
