We had a great experience with Cameron doing our free inspection when we needed peace of mind on a potential rodent issue. He inspected the entire exterior of our home and showed us problem areas, he also looked in our basement and attic for any issues. He never tried to sell us anything and was completely honest and open with sharing ways we can prevent any problems. I would call them again if I had any further issues knowing they are committed to helping more than selling. We loved their service!

Have been using Northwest as my pest control company for nearly 4 years. With my previous interactions the technicians were very kind in which led me to further buy into trusting the process, being patient and understanding that this is a marathon. After months of trusting the process and seeing new critters and insects daily, I called the office to be met with a very rude and dismissive tone. I was informed by Sarah the “Administrative Professional” that I can’t expect for “every” bug to be killed, but she would let her manager know and he would get back with me. Needless to say that never happened, and this along with the rude and insensitive behavior was the catalyst for me to finally decide to go with another company for my pest management services. It is imperative that you treat your consumers with kindness, respect and dignity, the rude, dismissive and disrespectful behavior is uncalled for and unacceptable.

I bought my home and they were the ones that were originally on the bond, so I never thought anything of it. Called them to set up a mosquito treatment and they came out And told me that I had “wood fungus” under my home with a bunch of other issues and that it would cost about 3-5k to fix, which they were of course willing to do. I got a second opinion and came to learn that a condensation pump was out and sitting in a puddle as it wasn’t working, which was causing some condensation down there. Mold yes, wood rot, lord no. Had it tested and it was just mold, so they were way off. Layed more plastic and got a dehumidifier to put down there, while replacing the pump, and in a week, it was gone. Costed me less than 500. Don’t do business with these kinda guys. It was an obvious kinda thing and I was being taken advantage of. Go to some place local and be treated and respected like a true customer, not a cash cow to be taken advantage of. Shame on Northwest

I heard good things about this company so I called them up for a quote. They showed up sold me on there service. They sprayed the house and now I have more bugs in the house then before they showed up. Also they were suppose to place rodent boxes outside around the house and that was never done. Til today I am still waiting for those. I had to call them back again because I also payed to treat the screened in porch because of carpenter bees and that wasn’t done properly so now my screened in porch looks like Swiss cheese. I gave them a chance to make it right and still having issues . I called to cancel the service because I am not satisfied and wasn’t even asked why or any questions. I was just told ok and that’s it. I am very annoyed by this whole situation.
