Very poor communication. Cannot reach anyone at this business over the past couple of weeks for a real estate transaction requiring a termite bond transfer to the new owner. I've called dozens of times, left voicemails, and sent numerous emails.

Great customer service and professional staff members.

We scheduled an appointment with them. They provided a window of Thursday. We had to sit home all day waiting and nobody showed up. Nobody called to say they were behind or wouldn’t be here. We tried calling them multiple times but could not get an answer. Now they are past active business hours and we still have heard nothing from them.
