THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE! DO NOT WORK WITH THEM! I am a realtor who had an appointment scheduled with this company. No one showed and no one called to tell me that they were not coming. They would not take any responsibility for not being present either. Find another company to work with. I went to STARK EXTERMINATORS and they are amazing!

The exterminator, Hunter, just left our home. We are VERY IMPRESSED! Hunter showed up exactly when he said he would, and I was immediately impressed with his polite manner. He asked a few questions to make sure he was prepared to address our issues, and then he went straight to work. After performing the traditional spraying of the baseboards and dark spaces, he produced a syringe and began to apply the contents to the hinges of several of the kitchen cabinet doors. As he did this, he told me about his research on pest management techniques and the insight he had gained from it. Very informative and interesting. I definitely want Hunter to be the person who handles our pest management from now on. This is a very deserving 5-Star review. Thanks, Hunter!

HUGE shout out to Lisa Seales and Alan Cagle! Lisa handles the office very efficiently and is quick to respond with any information needed and always has a pleasant attitude! She KNOWS her stuff! I will NOT speak to anyone in the office but Lisa! She has always taken care of me and what she says she honors! Alan is the BEST service rep ever! He is always on time with our inspection appointments, always calls or sends a text when he's on his way and does a thorough inspection every time he comes to inspect our termite traps. I will NOT let anyone else do my 3 structures except Alan! Lisa and Alan are the only reason I continue services with AL Pest Control - I trust them both completely!

The techs who come out are nice but office staff and managers are clueless. I've taken off several times to be home when they do the yearly inspection for termites (I have a slab foundation so they have to come inside) and I usually get stood up with no phone call. I call to make sure they are coming only to be told that the tech has to reschedule after our scheduled time is missed. This last December they didn't call to schedule the inspection and they just came out and left a bill. I sent Jeremy an email asking him about it but never heard back. I have also tried several times in the past to talk to them about a booster treatment on my property (the tech always notates that I need one on his report) and no one ever contacts me. I even tried to talk to someone about upgrading to a repair bond from my current retreatment only bond. I'm usually told that "they will need to check my file" and I never hear back. So no, I would not recommend this company at all.

I didn't even get a chance to use this service. The lady who picked up the phone was so unprofessional and rude. She hung up the phone on me just because I was asking her questions and needed clarification on the contract. I will definitely not recommend this company.

We had them scheduled to come out for the first visit. They didn't show up or call. We called to see what happened, and they said they didn't know and rescheduled the visit. Three months later, it was time for the next visit. The tech showed up in front of our house, sat in his truck for about 30 minutes, never got out and then left. A few weeks later, I received a bill for his service (even though he never did anything). I called and explained the situation, and they said they would remove the charge. Another month later, they sent another bill. I called and told them what happened, but this time they said that's not what was showing in the computer. I sat and watched their tech do nothing, but they were saying that wasn't true. They are dishonest at best, and they don't show up for appointments.

We had a appointment for today, no phone call, no one showed up. My husband called 5 times to see if anyone was going to do the inspection. One person didn't even know who we were or whether we were on the schedule. One said we were and said that they would call back and let us know. Nothing, no phone call nothing. We will take our business elsewhere!!! Extremely disappointed! We needed help and they dropped the ball!!!

Rude people owner is a jerk

The company is very unorganized. I have an annual termite bond but rarely receive a bill. Last year I paid online (using their website) and the office informed me I had an outstanding balance.

I signed a contract to have these people come to my home once a month. First visit was done on a professional level I noticed more bugs were coming in so I called them made an appointment. No show !! I called back. I was told bug man was sick. So. I called next week. Told we are all booked up. Ummm excuse me I have a contract. No show. Contract is officially null and void Im calling Cooks Monday. Don't use these people!!!!
