I gave it 2 as they did do the job, but man alive. I called for wasp removal and the gal on the phone was very polite and very helpful. I was told the Two Harbors exterminator scheduled his own appointments and would be giving me a call. I'd call back every week to check on the status, as I had not heard from the two harbors exterminator. I would have just scheduled someone else, but they'd already charged my card. Amber was extremely knowledgeable & kind. Patiently answered all our many questions. Gave us some hints for pests already inside our home. Would highly recommend. We still have a few pests, but not nearly like before, we know usually August, September, and October are the worst months, historically for us that is the case, have had these for over 20 years. Hopefully this treatment will lessen our issues. Thank you for being so prompt.
