Shawn is the BEST PEST MAN EVER!! He’s knowledgeable, courteous, and always arrives as promised. If he notices something he has made suggestions to prevent future pest problems as well. I wish I could give him 10 stars!!!

Really impressed with Innovative Pest Control. They helped us with a hornet problem and, unfortunately, when the hornets were discovered in a 2nd location, Dave came back out promptly and took care of the problem ! Thank you!

I got great service right away and ongoing support to address the mice that had gotten into my house. We were able to take care of the issue without using any poison plus Sean, who is absolutely amazing. Gave me some mouse traps to keep in the event that I have any issues in the future. It was so nice to be able to talk to people who live in the area and work in the area and not be dealing with a corporation, And answering service or a company that was insisting on making a deposit before they even came out to find out what the issue was. I will definitely use the service again and would highly recommend them to anyone living in our area who would require this kind of service and wants to support local people and a local business they were great!

We had a terrible “horsefly” issue at our lake home. We had a pest company come and spray but the horsefly issue kept on recurring 😬😕 Finally saw Innovative Pest control on google and called them. They told me that, they needed to spray at a certain time, in fall to keep the “horseflies” away in our lake home. So far No horseflies on our Shultz lake home! Awesome company, so very satisfied with their professionalism and dependability! Thank you. Very much recommended this company in Duluth, MN and surrounding areas and WI too!

I called a number of places and decided to use this company based on a conversation I had with somebody in the office. I don’t even know who it was but he gave me a great deal of confidence. It was wonderful talking with a real person and not a machine or a huge company with offices nowhere near Duluth.(I do realize that sometimes after hours you can’t talk to a real person!) He sent out a guy named David and I was super impressed. David did everything I needed and was extremely nice and helpful. I really hope I don’t need this company again, but I wouldn’t hesitate to use them. EDIT: I did end up needing them the next year (yesterday!) for something different. Best people ever. I love this company based on how friendly, helpful, competent, and experienced they are.

They not only keep you pest free, but they are just solid people to work with. Hard working, honest, friendly, professional and dependable.

We have rats. Property management called Innovative Peat Solutions and Sean promptly called and came by, identified the rat holes and burrow under the front porch add-on, put poison down, said he’d return in a couple days to check and take care of the hole and never seen him again. I called him a week later and he said he’d come by and did not. I contacted the property manger again who responded he was told we were leaving food out for the animals (we do not!) and sent me the bill for the incomplete job with a warning based on no evidence but Sean’s mistaken belief.

weve had them come out and spray for ants and mosquitoes, they are always respectful of our property, tidy and out before we even arrive home. we will continue to use these guys for all of our pest needs.

We had a cluster of bees in our fireplace. I called and he came out the same day and took care of them! He was very kind and helpful! It was my first experience with them and they knocked it out of the park! I wouldn't go anywhere else!
