I gave it 2 as they did do the job, but man alive. I called for wasp removal and the gal on the phone was very polite and very helpful. I was told the Two Harbors exterminator scheduled his own appointments and would be giving me a call. I'd call back every week to check on the status, as I had not heard from the two harbors exterminator. I would have just scheduled someone else, but they'd already charged my card.
