Terminix Wil-Kil

Was made to feel extremely uncomfortable and asked the tech to leave. It took 3 times after stating I was uncomfortable and needed him to leave for the tech to get out of my physical space. He then camped in my driveway for 10-15 minutes afterwards. Terminex had the nerve to bill me for the visit despite partial treatment and the very unsettling experience. We’ve used Terminex at various locations for over 7 years. We’ve cancelled. See reply from management below. In reply: I spent 1 hour with your customer service documenting the complaint and experience with three different reps. through your service line. They informed me your office could not take my call and were not available. Making someone uncomfortable is more than a “frustrating” experience.

Terminex technician, Riley, was great to work with while he sprayed my poolside back yard for ants/pests. He seemed very knowledgeable regarding the type of application he was putting down. Riley even got to meet Ace, my pet capuchin monkey😆.

Joel was prompt, flexible and detail-oriented. He was efficient and respectful and I felt good about his check-up of our condo building’s spaces. Well done!

I think I’ve written three bad reviews in my life. Right now, I am very angry! We had them come to our house just to keep up with any bugs that might come in during summer months. We had no bug problems at all. All of a sudden all of the bugs came inside ( not just one or two killing 40-50 a day) That was understandable as I know that sometimes bugs will do that. We asked them to come back and retreat. Nothing changed. It just got worse. Spiders, ants, earwigs, beetles were everywhere. I had a party and bugs were climbing on our kitchen counters and cabinets as we were eating dinner (again, not one or two but a ton) I asked to cancel the service and they charged me over $700 to do that showing that they themselves aren’t confident in their service and have to make their money with cancellation fees versus a lot of companies that know their services are amazing so offer satisfaction or money back guarantee. I would never recommend their service! They did a very poor job!! On a side note , their employees are very nice, but anyone can hire nice people and not do a good job!

Keith is always extremely responsive, professional, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. He responds to requests quickly and always makes sure we are taken care of. He is excellent to work with and we appreciate him so much!

ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME!! I had an arrangement for someone to come out and spray last week Monday, no one showed up or called. Got a call next day Tuesday saying someone would be coming out and *STILL* no one showed up or called.... and here we are a whole week later, still nothing!! I'm so glad this company makes their money by wasting people's day and time waiting for some no show.

Service is great! The technician is very well timed, convenient and offers a great smile everytime he comes! I will always stay with Terminix as long as Pete is an employee with them!

Our search for rodent control started a week and a half ago when the night before my daughter had a doctors appointment I smelled ammonia in her room and from the attic space entrance. My daughter had been battling respiratory infection for weeks that required antibiotics. Her Pediatrician urged us to get in pest control immediately as she is asthmatic and it could have been a contributing factor. My husband called and scheduled an appointment for last night between 4-5. Yesterday morning he missed a call from the tech (he was at work) at 8 am but he returned the call immediately and it went to voicemail. He tried to call the tech again around 1:30, went to voicemail. When we still hadn’t heard back from him by 4:45 my husband called customer service and was told we would be hearing from the tech shortly. At 5:30 we had heard nothing and called customer service again, a different customer service representative tried calling our tech twice with the same result, it went to voicemail. We were told that the issue was being escalated to our tech’s direct supervisor as well as the regional manager and we would hear from someone very soon. Well it’s the next morning and we haven’t heard anything. I’m so disappointed and sad. We were failed at every level from our tech, customer service to the regional manager. I was so eager to start on resolving this issue both for my daughters health and the integrity of our home. Now we are back to square one looking for a company that will hopefully help us by showing up or at least communicate. We understand situations arise but this is completely unacceptable. After reading some other negative reviews maybe it’s a blessing we didn’t enter into a contract with this company.

Brian is fantastic. He takes care of all concerns, deals with my messy basement and is always friendly.

Great customer service as they’ve listened to my concerns. They sprayed inside and outside while my family was present and it didn’t stink or felt like I was limiting my breathing. It doesn’t harm my plants either and that’s a big bonus! I would recommend them!

The service rep, Joel, did a very thorough job. He cleaned away webs before spraying. He also came back in the late afternoon when he was delayed and couldn't make the original service time. He could have just sprayed when I wasn't there, but I had requested to be there so he came later. He was a good communicator and was very good explaining options. I was very impressed.

We live in a highly wooded area and we have very little insect or rodent problems. It is worth the peace of mind knowing that their treatments work.
