More bugs than before. More spider webs even bugs inside the house whereas before there were none. Expensive service with poor results. I would not recommend them to any of my neighbors or friends. Even after completing my 1 year subscription I called 3 x's to have it cancelled only to have someone come out to complete another "service," and charge me for it. Stay away, they make a lot of promises and for us it was a hassle to get a retreatmemt for ants.if I didn't tell them exactly were the ants were and how many hills I saw and I had to go out and count them or they were not going to come back..I am completely serious. We live in Wisconsin on the lake, it gets very buggy. We scheduled insight to help reduce the spider webs on our house. Which they did for the most part depending on the technician. They left a bill on our door in Dec. which claimed they came in the house to spot treat. They also claimed to treat the webs in Dec. I’m sorry, we don’t have webs in December if you’ve done your job throughout the summer. We also, never had a technician inside. $125 to do nothing… sorry, but these people are dishones
