I always use Valley Pest Control when needed for spiders/centipedes or hornet nest removal. My technician today was great! Professional, arrived on time, fast but very thorough. He wore booties to cover his shoes indoors. He swept all of the cobwebs off the house before spraying. I was so pleased with that! I called Friday late afternoon and they were here by Tuesday morning. I've never been disappointed with Valley Pest Control over the past 20 years. It's worth the cost because it works!

The tech is understanding and helpful. Gives ideas when asked. Sprays everywhere and a bit extra if needed. Communicates well.

We have used Valley Pest Control for years now and have never had a complaint. From scheduling with Candy to our technician's, every one is professional and nice. We see a significant reduction in the number of wasps around the outside deck and porch, and the spraying has eliminated the Asian Beatles completely!

I called to get a termite inspection and apparently they only want to do them for selling homes. I thought a good company would do any home. My mistake

If you go through them, they're prolly gonna cancel on you till you go to a different company. Save your time, go elsewhere right from the start.

Had a group of 30 houses that have been sprayed every year for about 10 years by box for beetles, box elder bugs, etc. last year (September of 22) the 80 year old lady (my neighbor) who kept track of the houses and set things up with VPC, decided she didn't want to do it any longer, gave the list to Angela at VPC and asked her to contact them. 2023 fall spraying time comes and none of the houses were contacted. I called 2 weeks ago and was told they were working on it. Called yesterday was told the lady who did it, didn't want to anymore( 80 yr old neighbor). So... 30 plus houses left hanging. Started to get a price for one of my houses, $60.00 more not including garage. Must be really nice to have too much business, and leave 10 plus years of customers without service at the last minute! Horrible customer relations and service.

Person who did application started out by telling how we need to mow our lawn, Price originally quoted was one price, then when they called to tell us Tech was coming the price went up approximately 40.00. Asked what the cost was going to be before they started and the price was back down to the original quote. The amount of spiders we are still killing on the patio and within the house has not changed. Even had spiders climbing down from the ceiling lights. Will definitely NOT be having another application done by them

Their schedule has a lot to be desired. You tell them repeatedly when you are available and they ignore and send technicians when you are not home!

Did not provide service as requested. No follow-up with communication. Candi rude. This company is a racket.

Call to remove bat from home and they dont do that because bats are protected. I googled get rid of bats and they were listed and local and when i said they were listed i got yeah we dont know why that happens. They gave me 2 other companies. I didnt want it killed i just wanted it out of my house. Dont call valley pest control for bats.

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! THERE ARE STILL BUGS AND THEY ARE STILL ALIVE!!!!!!!! And this was after 5 hour time limit that they set for and they claimed to have treated my house

Well, this rude man entered my home, did a halfass inspection and treated me with absolute disrespect. Made it feel like an inconvenience by sighing and mumbling under his breath..acting completely unprofessional. Way to represent the company you never want to trust/hire! Once he left, I went ahead and immediately called 1st Choice Pest Control. Which I recommend should be the first to call....as the name already states. Corey from 1st Choice was great and very reassuring.
