Chad is a very sincere, patient and hard working person committed to his work and trying different things and open to opinions when something does not work. I would say he goes above and beyond for his customers satisfaction. If there was a way to give 10 stars, I would.

We called Advantage in on a mice invasion of our basement. They scheduled an appointment much sooner than other companies could come out. Chad came and gave us great advice and so far, we are in much better shape. We are still in monitoring mode, so we will see, but we know that we have great assistance if needed. Thank you Advantage!

Asian bettles invading my house. They came on time and did a quick job. After a week still getting them inside so they came and did a replay. All good now very satisfied

Advantage Pest Control has been my go-to for all pest needs, and for good reason. Chad and his team are outstanding, professional, reliable, and truly customer-focused. The two young men who came out today were fantastic. They took real precautions while spraying, wore proper PPE (which you rarely see these days), and worked quickly and efficiently without cutting corners. I also appreciated the clear communication ahead of time, with an email letting me know their short arrival window. The team worked seamlessly together, and the service was thorough. Every interaction I’ve had with Advantage reflects the care of a small, local business that takes pride in doing things right. Highly recommend Chad and his crew, you won’t be disappointed!

Advantage Pest Control & Chad worked diligently attempting to get rid of an issue i had, even after they sprayed outside, Chad came back weeks later to take care of me. HIGHLY recommended. Customer service was impeccable. Thanks Chad.

We've used this company for many years. They are honest, caring , and effective . A slight problem with communication on setting up the dates, but that's minor.

I was in my driveway on Oregon St cleaning a trailer out and your guy was spraying the house next door. Maybe you should take precautions when your spraying POISON in the air!!!!! When there are people around and the mist sprays them in the face!! He had a mask on. I did not, and I already have leukemia from Round up spray!! Not professional at ALL!!! Reply to your reply... I did feel the mist in my face, I didn't even know you were there until i felt the mist. anyways. be careful next time when there are people around when you are spraying, at least let them know what you are doing so that they can go inside.

Hi Cheryl,<br>Thank you for taking the time to give us a review. I was personally spraying the house that you are talking about. I started on the NW corner and the house I was treating was directly south of your house. The wind was also from the north (directly opposite of your house), meaning any drift that could have occured would be in the exact opposite direction of you. I understand people are sensitive to chemicals. That is why we wear the proper PPE because we are directly in the spray. <br>Feel free to reach out anytime.<br>Thank you,<br>Chad
