We have not been there lately due to family issues, but was grateful for keeping us informed on the application for wasps and wasps nests .

Bridget and Cameron did a great job. Bridget was very good at requesting our concerns and then following through with options. They checked our attic (due to a mice concern) and added treatment for that in addition to the usual spraying for pests.

Matthew was courteous and fast, explaining the steps he took along the way. An enjoyable experience actually!

The technician was very informative and very careful of all our outside decorations, furniture and plants.

Tyler was amazing today! He took care of our normal service and also exterminated a mature wasp nest

I typically don’t leave reviews let alone negative reviews but I am ABSOLUTELY disappointed and upset with the quality and service the new ownership is providing this once great business. I have been spraying my home for over 10 years and when I didn’t receive the typical spring call from Sue to schedule the spider spray I should’ve known something was up. I finally got a random text in mid July that they would be in my area and if I wanted it to “confirm”. I did it as we again have always used K&C in the past with no issue. Well over the past 1.5 months, not only have there been MORE spiders than I have ever seen at my house they are also larger. Absolutely horrified and will never be using them again.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! We had our house sprayed for spiders on 7/12. We were told to allow 2 weeks to see improvement and to not be alarmed if we begin seeing more spiders in the following days. Additionally, we were told we would be good for at least 3 months. We weren't concerned as we've been customers for over 5 years and were always very satisfied with the service. A month later, we began noticing MORE spiders AND now spider eggs. This has NEVER happened in the past. I finally called K&C today and asked them to return and to treat my house again as it didn't even last a month. Immediately I was told I must sign up for their quarterly treatments to completely get rid of the spiders and that 1 or 2 treatments alone wouldnt do it. Why would I sign up for QUARTERLY treatments when the initial treatment didn't even work?!!!! I was then told that if they were a business that only required 1 treatment and then be required to keep going back if their product didnt work, they wouldn't be able to operate! That alone speaks volumes that they dont strive to provide satisfaction and believe in their product and services. Clearly this business is under poor new management. I should've known when I didnt receive a personal phone call from Sue reminding me it's time for the house to be treated.

Im not one to leave bad reviews but I am super disappointed with The new owners of this place as they are not doing a great job. I even factored in new ownership to me waiting to put this review down as I know it’s a difficult transition but I am beyond irritated. I had my entire house sprayed last year as well as an inside job and paid $120. Didn’t have spiders for MONTHS. This year I asked my house shed and gazebo to be sprayed as well as the inside. Got charged over $260 and they didn’t spray my shed gazebo or inside the house. I also already have spiders when the spray is supposed to last 3 months. I tried getting my money back and they will only give me credit towards another service which I will NOT be doing as they didn’t do it right the first time and am already having spider issues. Very disappointed and won’t be using this company ever again. Even more irritated I can’t get my money refunded to me either since no one wants to email or call me back. Do better. For what I paid I should not be having spider issues.

Tyler's first visit was in late June, when he put bait boxes around, outside of the house after a critter had eaten a hole in the siding. The critter is still living in an outer wall so we had Tyler come again today (July 15th). Today we also had him spray for silver fish. We asked him to take off his shoes before he came in but he went back for a pair of slip on booties, which seemed fine. After everything dried, we realized they'd been used (rather filthy, dirty) booties & our floors were a mess ...

No stars! They screwed me for almost 300$! All they did was come out weekly for almost 3 MONTHS setting traps and emptying. I could've done that myself! Plus the traps were inhumane. Once traps caught the mice I had to listen to them try and scratch their way out for days. They did nothing to rectify the situation! Even after I asked them numerous times to please check and treat the areas I had heard and seen where the rodents were coming in, they did NOTHING! Just walked around the house and stuck a small piece of wood in one of the areas by front door. No foam, no outdoor traps, no steel wool, NOTHING! They completely took advantage of me. I had to contact another company to come out and do the job KC was supposed to do! Absolutely disgusted that this company gets away with this!
