Hawx Pest Control

Thomas was assigned to my house and that’s who I assume pulled up to my house around 8:09am and pulled off without knocking or coming up to the door. I called to ask about what was going on roughly four times in between 8am-12pm (the window of time they gave) and all they could tell me each time was that they couldn’t locate my technician and they couldn’t get a hold of him likely because he was on another job or driving. Apparently there had been a scheduling mix-up and they missed the original window of time to treat my indoor and outdoor space. Around 2pm the general manager of the Wisconsin branch, Brian gave me a call and sincerely apologized about the issue and had updated me regarding arrival time, areas being treated, and answered any questions my partner and I had. Brian I would give 5 stars. As for how everything else went, it would have been 1 star if not for him coming to save the day.

We had some ups and downs and all the usual snags about trying to get Pest control. We opted to go with Hawx because frankly we like their hustle. Chassiya was thorough and quick. Honestly I have to say this is one of the best service times we've had.

1ST impressions with them is not great. They came did their treatment and I cant tell a bit if difference to be honest. If anything spiders have multiplied. There's still ants running around everywhere. I had to contact them to come back out .

Rep that did spray at place of business said theybdonresidentialbas well. I asked if i could do a one time spray which turns out not to be true. I signed what I thought was a liability waiver and now I owe $55/month and $199 to cancel I called to explain that there was a clerical error and a miscommunication trying not to send they technician down the river. Account rep Atigo . demonstrated horrible customer service/knowledge and my frustrations were increased and the situation escalated. She lied about her not having a supervisor/mgr and withheld info. She decided to be quiet when she had no idea of the answer. Remedy at best.Was I owe more money for a service that has only happened once and in May. And let me know it was too bad and too sad because I had been tricked into signing a contract. Would not get supervisor withheld information and was horrible experience trying to communicate with her.

Chassiya did a great job reaching out before arriving, communicating during the service, and talking to me about my concerns (wasp care on my kid's new swingset/playhouse).

Polite. Seemed genuinely interested in my mouse problem. Explained how previous boxes that were set ran out of product so he re filled.

Richard did an excellent job, took pride in his job, took great care of the property, made sure everything was covered and taken care of I appreciate it.Thank you richard

Three different types of bees still here.

I signed up with Hawx Pest. First service was done within 2 days. Service person forgot to sprays as he was going to do . Called office, they come out to spray. Contract says if I have still bugs, call for service in between anytime for prompt service. Instead coming in 1-3 days, Gave appointment 15 days after. Appointment time, no-one came for service. called for service then another 15 days appointment. Again no one showed up. I still have bugs problems and plenty of spiders in the house These people are useless. Stay away from signing contract.
