Horrible scheduling. Won't answer calls. You can cancel my service. Id tell you over phone but you havent answered my last 10 calls. This shouldn't be that hard. Im having someone else come out instead, that is prompt and not serving me with B.S. lies

If I could give zero stars I would. I called this business on June 8th about a carpenter bee problem. I get a call on July 22 saying he was on the way. He’s here for about 10 minutes. Half of that time he spent talking to my dad. He spritzed two areas and left. He got out of here so fast, he left his ladder behind. The crazy part is that he left a bill for $195.00. I can get the whole house sprayed for that amount. I don’t know what kind of scam they are running here, but absolutely not. What this was not is $200 worth of work. Especially, not showing up a month and a half later.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We called them on Monday with our bee issue. We explained to Kim that we were having a huge party on Saturday and needed these bees taken care of. She assured us they would be. No one came, Tuesday, no one came (apparently they had a truck break down), Wednesday they came in the afternoon - noticed the bees decreased but were back on Thursday, Friday morning at 8:30am I text Kim letting her know they were back and we needed someone to come spray, ALL day Friday I was in contact with her. She told us the owner was aware and said someone would be out. Friday 5pm, I text Kim for the owners # since no one came and was not answering the office phone. She text me and said he would be calling me. NO ONE came and NO ONE called. Saturday, we have 100 some guests with bees all over the house and inside the house. Now it’s Monday at 1pm in the afternoon and still haven’t heard anything from them, at this point I want no contact with them or invoice because they did nothing for us expect cause unnecessary stress. So much for the 6 month guarantee they like to promote. I would never recommend this company to anyone. So disappointing that an owner of a company would not follow through with their customers after promising them ALL day someone was coming. We could have called someone else to take care of them, which we should have done on Monday instead of calling them in the first place. Terrible customer service.

We recently used the service for the first time and could not be more pleased. The service was excellent, prompt and as described. We also valued the courteous tone during our inquiry phone call and the helpful information shared with us. We would definitely recommend and use the service again.

We had a GIANT hornets nest out front and the city called on the bee man! I'm so happy they did this company was awesome, got the job done quick and were super nice.

I filled out their online form after hours on a Sunday. First thing Monday morning someone called back and had me describe the problem and location. By the time I got home from work Monday evening the yellow jackets were gone. Quick response, no fuss, no drama. It doesn’t get any better than that.

Delivered exactly what was promised at a reasonable price

Worker came at the end of the day as promised. We had yellow jackets that made their home behind siding and stone in our wall. The treatment was efficient and the worker was there for about 20 min, sprayed and poof the yellow jackets were gone. Very pleased.

Been having Bee Man come for the padt several years and have always been pleased with the service. Highly recommend Bee Man of Wisconsin!

I would have given a million stars but only able to give 5 stars. Local company and dedicated. I have been using them for years. They havent raised their prices in years. The work is guaranteed for the season.

Had another hornets nest. I called and though they said they’d be out in the next few days, they came say day. Hornets were dead the same night after they came to spray.

Great service. This is the second time we used The Bee Man. Rob was a very friendly service tech and the job done quickly. Will use their service again if needed.

I called them to schedule an appointment to get rid of the bee nest in my backyard and they came out in just a few hours! This is the second year we’ve used their services would recommend them!

Edit: I received a phone call from the owner personally apologizing for the mix up that was on their end, rescinded their claim in collections, as well as offering a free service for me this year. I commend him for owning up to what was just a mix up that got out of hand instead of doubling down and insisting it was still my fault. Would absolutely use their service again. Had my house and garage treated for mud daubers. The tech who came out did a fine job but accidentally created 2 invoices which resulted in me being charged twice. When I tried calling to resolve the issue my calls were not returned and they just sent the other invoice to collections. Sorry I'm not going to pay twice for one service.

I had bees in a property I’m selling because of my own failed attempt to eradicate them. Bee man came out within 24-48 hours and handled the job. No more bees. and guaranteed his work. Only minor inconvenience was he took my credit card info over the phone but never processed the payment until about 3 weeks later. I h assumed the payment had been processed. They called back and had to get the payment info again. However, I would definitely use them again.

Highly recommend this company. We have had multiple yellow jacket issues around our home and getting into the home office and kitchen. Called them and they provided extremely quick service and effective. Immediately, the yellow jackets did not return to the area, and within 48 hours they were not entering the house any more. Great service, knowledgeable, professional.

I called The Bee Man at approximately 9:15 AM. I explained that I had a wasp issue close to my front door and I was stung the evening before. I have someone in my house that is very allergic. The professional bee exterminator was at my house in one hour. Omg. Their response was incredible. Thank you Bee Man.

I called 5 other companies before stumbling onto this gem. This local company has expertise, professionally and a great understanding of bees and wasps. I had my service today, so I will be waiting to see the full results, however their guarantee gives me confidence this issues will be handled entirely. I was so happy to find a professional and reliable local company to address my yellow jacket issues in one quick step while leaving my bubble bees untouched. I would defiantly recommend!

I discovered I had a bee problem and immediately called The Bee Man. In under an hour, I had the truck in front of my home and the problem area securely sprayed and under control. I was impressed by the patience and kindness of the woman who answered the initial call. She set me at ease and was incredibly knowledgeable about what I should expect once service was provided. The gentleman who came to provide the service was extremely friendly and explained everything he was doing and what we should expect. I am very happy I found The Bee Man company and I will absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to neighbors.

They came and did a good job.

Yellow Jackets. In a cinder block wall. Yeah... that wasn't going well for us. 3 cans of the home spray stuff and it wasn't doing ANYTHING... well there's a reason. It wasn't going to. We happen to live near their office, they got to us same day, and already there's dozens of corpses near the entrance. The constant stream in and out has slowed to a trickle, and that's only 15 hours after application. They stand behind their work, their rates are very reasonable. Seriously, search for average rates for your particular problem before you call. Don't be a jerk and yell at the dispatch woman because YOU think you know better. You don't. Great service and prices. If you're in their service area, stop scrolling and just call.

I knew I was calling the right company as soon as they answered the phone. I was greeted by a very friendly employee who was extremely knowledgeable and took time to listen and ask questions about my wasp infestation. She explained the process and educated me on how these wasps were getting into our home. I have a son who has an allergy to wasp, bees and hornet stings and I could tell in her voice she was genuinely concerned. She even asked if we had an epinephrine pen on hand. She said someone would be at my house within the next day. When I arrived home that same day, I saw that a technician had already come out and sprayed their application. WOW! It's rare to have such prompt service as I'm sure they have other customers with bigger issues than mine. Every morning for the past week we've had between 8 and 15 wasps in our family room, but today there wasn't a wasp to be found. They did and excellent job and the price was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend this company if you want superior service and effective results. This has been the best experience I've had with a pest control company.

Have used them a couple of times and have recommended to friends and family. They are quick, knowledgeable, and very responsive.

I called on Tuesday afternoon and Josh from the Bee Man was taking care of a ground hive of yellow jackets on Wednesday. I looked at the nest the next day and there is no activity in that hive.

What a wonderful company! Very detail oriented and wonderful explaining things :)
