Had a big yellow jacket wasp nest in the soffit. My experience with BMI was top notch. Communication / follow up after services was great. Josh was a pleasure to work with. He was able to do the job same day as I called. Highly recommend BMI.

We were having issues with an elder box infestation and were also concerned about possible hornet or wasp nests. Josh came a few days after I called and did a thorough inspection. He also treated the elder box infestation which is guaranteed for 30 days. We are very happy with the service provided.

11/8/24 - We’ve been using BMI for pest control for over 5 years. Josh continues to check in each time he’s at my house to make sure we are not having any new pest issues as well as the original ones, which for us were mice in unfinished areas, spiders, and ants in the spring. Since then, he also does pest care on the exterior of our home once a month from April-October. He’s also does an annual treatment in the fall to prevent the stink bugs from gathering all over our house. Let me tell you - it works! He’s affordable, easy to talk to, kind, friendly, and care about the pets in your home to make sure what he uses is safe. I highly recommend if you are having pest issues to give him a call. It’s nice to support a small local Wisconsin business too. BMI is a great local family owned business. A few years ago, we were having some problems with bugs and spiders in our home and mice in the unfinished area of our basement. Josh came to our house and he was friendly and professional. He worked with us to fix all the problems and followed up to make sure they were working. If you have any issues, he responds quickly. Since we started using his services, we have not had any additional problems. I highly recommend BMI Pest Control Services.

Josh is excellent at what he does! We had an issue with carpenter ants and they have been completely eradicated. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied.

I called Josh because I had carpenter ants invading my home. The day before he arrived I'd seen about 5 carpenter ants in my living room. After his visit I haven't seen one once since May! Super friendly, professional and knowledgeable!
