Founded in 2006 by Inland NW Resident Jacob Borg, Pointe Pest Control has grown from a single office in Spokane, Washington, to multiple locations throughout Washington, Idaho, Oregon, and Montana. Today Pointe employs an impressive group of experienced and knowledgeable professionals committed to problem solving and serving our customers' needs. Pointe Pest Control is proud to give back to the communities it serves through a number of avenues, including an annual Scholarship Program awarded to graduating Seniors in Washington, Idaho,Oregon, and Montana. In addition, Pointe conducts an annual Charitable Bed Bug Treatment program called 'Take a Bite of the Holidays' that includes a complete bed bug treatment for a family in need.

As usual, our technician was polite, professional, and respectful of our property and needs would highly recommend Pointe to anyone looking to manage their pest control whether it be spiders ants, shrews mice

They do a good job but I wish they would text when they are going to be at my house so I could make sure someone’s home so they could spray the interior also.

Brandon is so knowledgeable and explained everything very nicely to us. He was more than happy to repeat the instructions for the paper wasp vs Yellow jackets and queen bee traps so that I would be sure to do it correctly. A+ for Brandon!

Tech notified us when he arrived. The whole process was quick including spraying pesticide and removing cobwebs.

It has been raining all day and I asked the pointe pest control agent and if we should do it or wait For a dryer day. And he mumbled something about covered areas…

This used to be our go to, and we used to have nothing but great things to say about them. Well... That was MANY years ago. We would never hire them again. They have gone down hill and are a careless, awful company to work with. From the customer service, to the agents, to the servicemen we've dealt with over the last serval years. Not worth the money, the stress or the disrespect that you get right to your face. The literal talking to you like you are a piece of gum stuck to their shoe and ignoring your needs and treating right where you tell them you need them to avoid. Absolutely careless. So sad. Used to be great. No longer recommend. Save your $400

I did not get notification that the carcasses were taken from under the house. I have to pay someone else that that happened.

The techs are great and they earn a 5 star review, however the customer service has been a solid 1 star. No one answers phones or returns messages, completely frustrating. If you have issues or need assistance you will be disappointed.

I did not see Reynaldo and was home all day but for 40 minutes. I can not give him a review. Leaving something that proves you all were here sounds like a good idea!

Pointe Pest control always sent my bill by mail. Then suddenly they switched to email bill and it went to an old email. They turned me in to a collection agency and ruined my credit. Good luck if you hire these folks
Usually I request Allen to come servie our house. He does a very thorough job. This time it took Tyler a total of 12 minutes from the time he rang our doorbell to the time he was driving away from our house. This included me talking to him remotely through our Vivant front doorbell system and him apparently spraying around our entire house, 3 car garage and shed. I'm not sure how thorough of a job he could have done. We'll see if we have to call Pointe Pest back in a few weeks for spider activity!
They broke my fence and left without mentioning it. This is how I found it after they left.
