UPDATE- 2 days after post I got call back to pay bill. no interest was added to bill. - Never dealt with any business that was so hard to get ahold of to pay bill. It's now 7 days past 30 day window for interest not to be added. Initially 1.5% and an increase to 18%. In one month I've called 10 times, left voice-mails, and stopped by "business" (house) and haven't been able to talk to anyone that can process my payment. No return calls. I can't recommend this company
