Founded in 2006 by Inland NW Resident Jacob Borg, Pointe Pest Control has grown from a single office in Spokane, Washington, to multiple locations throughout Washington, Idaho, Oregon, and Montana. Today Pointe employs an impressive group of experienced and knowledgeable professionals committed to problem solving and serving our customers' needs. Pointe Pest Control is proud to give back to the communities it serves through a number of avenues, including an annual Scholarship Program awarded to graduating Seniors in Washington, Idaho,Oregon, and Montana. In addition, Pointe conducts an annual Charitable Bed Bug Treatment program called 'Take a Bite of the Holidays' that includes a complete bed bug treatment for a family in need.

I tried over 6 times using 3 different methods of communication to find when my service would be today and couldn't get in touch with anyone!! The person showed up while is in an important meeting. The very thing is was trying to avoid. He then informed me that he no traps and my traps haven't been replaced since the initial visit. If these issues don't change I'll make a change.

We have been using pointe pest control for a little over 2 years for their bug control program and Jon is great and so when we had some rat problem pop up, I thought that they would be good to work with. I was wrong. Not only they did not do a thorough walk through for possible rat entry, I had to do most of the blocking myself once I found them which is the bulk of the work when you hire this kind of service. We are in our 5th week of the "program" and so far they've only caught 1 rat which happened after I filled all the rat tunnels and did some vent blocking. So if you like to be overcharge to have someone check rat trap once a week then they're a great company. I Believe our rat tech guys name is Justin.

2nd month in a row I get a notification stating there was an emergency and the tech will reschedule. It was never rescheduled and no tech showed up. I never got the followup visit to the first treatment. If you don't have staff that is not an emergency. Simple, don't charge customers for a ghost service.

Waited over two weeks for the initial "treatment" session with Pointe. The "technician" arrived. Explained his visit would not satisfy the agreed-to treatment plan previously detailed. Did not have the materials, traps, tools to complete the job. It was a poorly-implemented first visit. Not impressed. A third visit was scheduled, with a promise that the "red notes" would ensure a complete third visit. Not holding my breath. Feels like Pointe is just another "promise me" organization with poorly-prepared staff, and lots of excuses.

This is an update on my most recent service with John. While he was friendly and professional, I explained that I needed to reschedule for another day. John let me know that he would let the office know. However, I called today and found out that he told the office that he provided services here, and he did not. I have a ring doorbell camera, and never once was he on my camera performing any services outside our place. After discussing this with the receptionist, she stated she had to contact John to discuss Monday, October 14th. Had John done the front and back entrances, there wouldn't be two bee hives on my porch. When I came out of my garage, John was just in his vehicle, on his phone. Once I explained my situation, he said he would let the office know, and someone else would contact me to reschedule. Since that never happened, I called today. I like using this pest control company, but I do not want or value dishonesty.

treatments havent done much for our home… went with another company who uses far more product and the proper product for our local environment in washington. Also pointe incentivises 5 star reviews by telling the customer their tech will get an amazon gift card if they rate 5 stars. Ultimately do not trust the reviews on google/etc for these companies.

Of course when I called to get an estimate, they were able to get someone out the next day to take my money. Whenever I have to schedule, I have to call 4-6 times over the course of two weeks. No one has answered even once for the rodent department, I leave messages, and finally have to raise my voice and act extremely upset to finally get a call back. I don't see a need to ever raise a voice with a customer service rep but it's the only way I've managed to get a return call. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Asked for a refund if they werent going to come out and actually do what I paid for and conveniently both times the only person with that power "wasn't in that day". In the last decade I can't think of a more unprofessional company I've ever worked with. Literally received nothing for $1200.

I called the number listed for this location no less than 3 times in a week trying to schedule a follow up service. All 3 times, my call was sent to a call center to who knows where. 3 times I was promised someone would call me back to schedule an appointment. Fast forward 2.5 weeks later, and someone finally calls me back to schedule a follow up service. My service was scheduled for the hours between 3-5pm. Surprise surprise, its 5pm and no one has showed up or called. I must have done something to offend the previous tech or the person who did the inspection to receive this level of non service. Even Comcast doesn't treat me this poorly.

Affordable pest control with great people! They came by and walked around our house with us to show us pests that we didn’t even know were there, next day they came out and treated our house. Drew was very professional and offered to explain in depth of the treatment he applied before and after. That was the 5 star that I left after the initial treatment. Within 2 weeks, webs and spiders started showing back up. I called for the “free” follow up that they claimed to give in case we had any issues. They told me “we don’t have any services scheduled in your neighborhood, can we give you a call back when I find an opening?” 2 weeks later I got an email saying we were scheduled for a service. When they came again, I showed them the areas that were pretty bad again and they cleared it up and I got an email later that night with my receipt, another $120 charge. I spoke with customer service the next morning and they were really no help again so I just cancelled the service. I hate being lied to and it’s just bad business. I think they only reason they have such a high rating is because they ask people to give them 5 stars
