Peninsula Pest Control

We have been using Peninsula Pest Control for many years and all our annoying pest issues are gone. I find them reliable, timely and helpful.

First, they deserve a negative star review but this site requires us to put one star. I hired this company because I wanted a company to provide specific services and they agreed they would provide those exact services. For which I agreed to pay more money to have them provide pest control, get on the roof to remove bee and wasp nests, to spray, and deweb. This is the 5th time I've had to call and complain that they did not do the services contracted and paid to do. This time I asked for someone to meet me to see what they had not done. The man who I assume is the owner was argumentative and said they were not doing the things I wanted because their staff was scared. I informed him that I had complained 5 times and this is the first time I have heard this and had them admit that they were not going to do those services contacted and paid to do. So all these years they have been taking my money with no intention of providing the services contracted to do. No wonder I have been totally dissatisfied. The best part is as I'm telling him what they did not do that was included in the paid service, he's stated they will not do it, they will be taking the bait boxes that I had already paid 3 months service for (which were placed a week ago) and canceling my service because I complained. I warn everyone do not use this company due to the unethical business practices, poor customer services and quality of service. I will also be following this with BBB complaint and disputing the charges I paid on my credit card due to them not being provided. Please beware if you consider hiring this company!! Attached are 8 bees/wasp nests that remained the day their service was completed. Oh forgot to mention I'm highly allergic and why I'm so upset that they did not do their job!

Kudos to Peninsula Pest Control. A totally honest pest business. I met with him on an ant issue and for the first time, ever, dealing with a pest control company, he did not try to sign me up for a year's contract. He gave good information and advise and did not charge me. He will be the first one I call, if I do need pest removal.
