For example, in their latest visit the Tech closely inspected areas in the crawl space, attic and roof, for which I was concerned about possible infestations by insects or rodents. They directly treated wasp nests, one of which I knew about and two of which they discovered. To protect the owls from poisoning through the food chain, I decline the rodenticide treatment for mice. Instead
The technician was competent and polite. He explained the nature of the treatment, and that he was not using a kill on contact product but one that scatters a tiny bit of dust that spreade through the whole colony. He said I might still see some wasps the following day but in about 3 days they should all be gone. He said that if they were still visible after a week, then I should call them, and they will follow up treatment for free. The dispatcher was not so competent or polite. He was abrup
