This guy seen me now this isn't bout his service of work it's about his humanity, had no clothes worn out shoes hungry and told him what was. Going on w me out the blue said he be right back and comes back w new shoes, backpack socks shirts and shok hands offered work for it said don't worry blows my mind at the time like u know idk what I can else say but we doing lot better people like u n others suck as yourself this world be going other. Direction thank u

The Technician, Shane was very efficient and personable. He explained specifics as he worked and answered questions I had. I'll post again upon results of the process, which takes some time. I'm grateful that Dungeness was able to respond swiftly.

A week ago Shane Trullinger inspected my home for sounds in my attic which turned out to be sounds on my roof. Today he returned to address a large accumulation of hornet nests on my back provacy fence. He is very engaging, thorough and informative; an asset to Dungeness Pest Control. I Highly recommend this company. They are responsive, prompt and reasonably priced.

Brian went above and beyond. We called because we had spotted wasp activity - never would have believed he would find 9 nests and as much activity as he did. Thanks for the rescue!

Shane was very professional explaining everything in detail as he worked. Did a complete treatment of our property inside and out. My wife and I are very pleased with the service he performed.

I signed up for the service a year ago and agreed to try it for a year. This was a commitment of 4 quarterly visits. I decided that the cost was too high for me to do quarterly and sent two separate emails asking for confirmation that the account would be closed after the contract was fulfilled. I never received a response to the emails. When the final service was scheduled and completed on May 7th, I called and said that I didn't want to renew for another year and I would call as needed for services. Justin confirmed that it was cancelled and said they would come pick up the bait stations. I received another text message stating that they were coming out May 14th so I called to find out why. Justin said they were coming to pick up the bait stations - even though I just paid for a quarterly service on May 7th. I totally understand they need to come and get them, but I paid for a quarter of protection and I should have the service I paid for the next 3 months. This left a really negative last impression. Be aware of what you're paying for and if you're going to cancel, wait until you've used up the full service that you paid for.

The technician, Riley T, took the time to find out our specific concerns and areas of infestations before beginning work. He was kind & respectful, demonstrating a high level of competence and then got straight to work taking care of bait stations and inspections of various evidences of problems. I was able to leave for work knowing my home and outbuildings were in good hands. Afterwards, I received a full report of work done and products used, along with encouragement to contact them if any other questions or concerns surfaced. I REALLY appreciate knowing that I don’t have to worry about pest problems, especially when colder weather is coming and critters try to move inside.
