Founded in 2006 by Inland NW Resident Jacob Borg, Pointe Pest Control has grown from a single office in Spokane, Washington, to multiple locations throughout Washington, Idaho, Oregon, and Montana. Today Pointe employs an impressive group of experienced and knowledgeable professionals committed to problem solving and serving our customers' needs. Pointe Pest Control is proud to give back to the communities it serves through a number of avenues, including an annual Scholarship Program awarded to graduating Seniors in Washington, Idaho,Oregon, and Montana. In addition, Pointe conducts an annual Charitable Bed Bug Treatment program called 'Take a Bite of the Holidays' that includes a complete bed bug treatment for a family in need.

Robert always takes such great care when spraying for ants, spiders, and every other creepy little “roommate” that thinks it pays rent here. At this point, I’m pretty sure the bugs know his name and fear his arrival. We can always count on him to show up, handle business, and restore peace (and sanity) to our home. If the insects had a Yelp page, they’d give him 1 star… and that’s exactly why we give him 5!

The technician was very kind and respectful. Made sure i knew how to keep my pets safe from the initial spray. He also informed me on what to expect in the next week and the process how everything works, which I greatly appreciated! He asked me first thing where i would like sprayed and not sprayed. They also clean up the cob webs outside your house which is a super nice touch!

We would've liked to have an estimate of time for the service ,not just the day. Our plans had to change a little bit.

Brandon was supposedly our technician for this visit. Im rating via text prompt. He parked down the street and did not service our home. I was home during the supposed time of service and no one came onto the property. I got the text asking me to rate this service and im incredibly disappointed. Last quarter they canceled and never rescheduled, and then charged me $109 to either not service us today OR he serviced the wrong house. I called to report the issue and the gal i talked to was rude and not helpful. Ive noticed over the last couple years the customer service has gone downhill greatly. Ive been with this company for 10 years. We will be canceling service moving forward as no effort has been made by the company to make right the dishonesty of the technicians or to use excellent customer service when handling customers that have been with them for years.

I spent $2500 00 for bed bug extermination. Now I am still seeing bed bugs and getting bitten. When called to complain, I got ignored and ghosted. Would not recommend Pointe Pest Control.

I really appreciate David's suggestions and comments he gives me. It was going to rain heavily at my house area & David suggested I wait to spray the ants as in a couple of days he had checked & the weather would be clear. His advice helped me so the ant solution would not be washed away. Very efficient. Also, so very very pleasant attitude & so friendly. He definitely deserves a big big tip.

I asked to help with removing a huge nest that blew out of a tree & was laying in my horse corral. He told me it will cost me too much money because they will have to come back & spray several times to get rid of the bees & he would spray under eves & around the house. I tried to convince him this was an emergency situation to kill the bees & get them gone ASAP. He was rude and hung up. I was totally confused. I would not recommend them as they couldn’t figure out what service I needed at that moment.

They came and sprayed my bathroom for bugs five days ago and still have bugs I called Danial twice today with no response, do not use these guys no customer service

We were home?? No evidence tech was here?? Cameras also verified this apparent no-show?? How can you bill for this? They always knock, we have a dog and doors were open?? How did we miss this treatment? Call us please, we are very concerned.
They showed up for my quarterly service. I had the gates unlocked and the dogs inside so they could spray the perimeter of my house and the technician only sprayed the front of my house. He didn’t enter my back yard at all and then left.

Only experience is with their door to door sales person. Who is constantly knocking on our doors here asking if we want service. Quiet neighborhood, except this week with their sales person really pushing hard for the sale.
