Brandon was supposedly our technician for this visit. Im rating via text prompt. He parked down the street and did not service our home. I was home during the supposed time of service and no one came onto the property. I got the text asking me to rate this service and im incredibly disappointed. Last quarter they canceled and never rescheduled, and then charged me $109 to either not service us today OR he serviced the wrong house. Robert always takes such great care when spraying for ants, spiders, and every other creepy little “roommate” that thinks it pays rent here. At this point, I’m pretty sure the bugs know his name and fear his arrival. We can always count on him to show up, handle business, and restore peace (and sanity) to our home. If the insects had a Yelp page, they’d give him 1 star… and that’s exactly why we give him 5!

Went somewhere else for a year to save money. I choose poorly, ended up having pest issues the cheaper service couldn’t solve. Came back to Harvest Valley, explained my issue - they scheduled an appointment 2 days later solved my issue immediately. I’m not leaving again for a few dollars saving’s again.

Had a problem with rodents. I had someone out to my house within the week of calling. So far the issue has been taken care of. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is because we haven’t experienced a winter with their services (which is when the problem is the worst). But so far I’ve been satisfied
