CrawlPros came out to my home the other day for my normal monthly service. Jason the technichian was ver thorough, checking the perimeter of my home and crawlspace for rodent activity. He noticed a wasp nest out back and prompty dealt with it. I mentioned a yellow jacket nest i noticed in the ground in my flowerbed and he immediately investigated and sprayed it too. Jason was attentive and provided outstanding customer service. I've used CrawlPros for about a year and a half now since hiring them to revamp my crawlspace and then maintain with pest control. They have been excellent the entire time. I highly recommend them.

Got an appointment with crawlpros/pestpros. Was told the other company is the one to deal with my bird problem. Scheduled the other company on a Monday, soon after I got a notification the appointment was Friday the following week(i did not agree to this). I decided ok I waited it out, even though they already saw my issue of birds in attic , after the wait they showed up and didn't have a ladder tall enough for my 2 story. The solution? No solution they just couldn't do it even after all the information. 2 weeks wasted trying to resolve a problem. 1 star

Unfortunately, after the inspection conducted by our pest technician, we are unable to seal the bird entry points from inside or outside the attic due to safety reasons. No charges have been made for these visits and we again apologize that we were unable to provide the assistance you need.
