CrawlPros came out to my home the other day for my normal monthly service. Jason the technichian was ver thorough, checking the perimeter of my home and crawlspace for rodent activity. Through our time at our old house, we had a horrific ant problem. I’m talking ants coming in from the outlets, the lights, up through the floorboards. The whole nine yards. Both Tim and Slava had come out multiple times as contractors through our property management company and were terrific! With their help we were able to manage the issue and find multiple large entrances which were then sealed up. Slava was our hero and in our household has been dubbed “He who conquered the hive”. Biohazard clean up is an awful thing to have to go through, but is something I deal with semi-regularly in my industry. I have always appreciated the services from Bio Clean, they are fast, responsive and professional. These folks deal with really difficult stuff on a daily basis so and are no strangers to death and decay, but they manage to remain compassionate while others who do this for a living seem a bit jaded. Tim was fantastic! I was under a bit of a time crunch having a real estate deadline. Tim actually came out a day early as his schedule allowed. He was Very informative and sold and charged me only for what I needed. I love that he is local to Marysville and love to support local anytime I can. I would not only recommend Clear Pest Control, I will be using them for all of our local properties!
I cannot say enough good things about this company and staff. Lisa, the operations manager was beyond helpful while navigating an insurance claim for a stolen vehicle with drug exposure. She took her time and went out of her way. Adrian, the admin support, thoroughly explained the test results and gave recommendations and walked me through the next steps.
