Pointe Pest Control

The sales rep was thorough and professional--he found bedbugs isolated to our headboard, checked every other room, and confirmed they hadn't spread to our mattress or anywhere else. he stayed we needed to test asap to avoid them spreading. He recommended the most expensive treatment, but when we chose the cheaper option, he said it was actually what would be recommended--our first red flag. We were told we couldn't schedule until payment was made, so we paid nearly $2,000. The contract was done after hours, and we were promised a call from scheduling that never came. We had to reach out ourselves, and even then, the soonest they could come was 4-5 days. Paying so much and having to wait for the better part of a week to treat our home which we were told needs to be done ASAP is incredibly frustrating and disappointing. it's a total scan to take people's money and have them sign a contract before telling them the wait time. I will definitely be using a different company in the future for our routine pest prevention. I'm glad this is a one time commitment with this company.

Good luck reaching someone locally. All phone numbers lead to an offisite call center, which is not my idea of good customer service.

Rude, poor customer service

Shady, business practices. They they like to come and treat when you’re not home and not do the inside or the garage. Say that you have a full balance due, even though you’ve tried to cancel and then give you the runaround and peer pressure, keeping it. Services didn’t even work. There was still spiders and problems on the property.

Had the initial service done for general pest control, my specific concern was spiders, as I usually see lots of activity early to mid spring. Wanted to get on top of things asap. Eric came out and did an initial service. He was really nice and informative, wiped down all the old cobwebs around the house from last spring aswell. I'll put a follow up review mid spring about my spider problem. I would, on average, see between 2-4 indoors and one outdoors almost daily. Hoping to never, or almost never, see one again. :)

The treatment was good and on time. The Technician did not have a working tablet at the time so I did not get an email about my treatment.. I called to have a copy sent to me and that has not happened.

We called them for help with a mouse problem, after seeing all their positive reviews… I’m shocked to have NOT had the same experience…the first time out they didn’t bait HALF of our traps! (I know//WTH!) Second time out (a week later) had to restart the initial process. Have been calling for multiple days straight, trying to get ahold of a manager—no response—no call back—no solution…but they were sure quick to disbatch a “inspector” right out of the gate —same day to “take” your money. “Uncle Kenny” assured he would get us “taken care of”—yet this is the furthest statement from what we’ve experienced…All in all, Waste of money- essentially we paid for a service we’ve never received…we’ve done all the hard work—could have done it ourselves and saved HUNDREDS! We were supposed to have a tech out Monday— he was running behind so didn’t get us in…now we have to wait longer for their scheduling issue? This place is a scam and a joke. Customer service is awful. Technicians are lazy. Response time is a joke. They give you no phone numbers to call your service providers, just the receptionists line…all in all—I’d look elsewhere for help...

Still have pests. Said they were going to come out and re spray, never did.

We just had our house serviced by Fernando. He listened to our concerns, and addressed the problem areas. He took the, time to place spider traps for us. He is very polite and seems like he cares, he shows great customer service. He is an asset to the company...Thank you Fernando!

The technician Brandon arrived on time and did really good job! He is very friendly and professional, and took good care of our house. He explained everything before he started and after he finished the treatment. We are very pleased with this service. Highly recommend!

Forrest and Fernando were on time, friendly, and great at explaining what they were going to treat for and why. I would definitely recommend them. I can't leave Kenny out either. He came out before they sprayed to go over pricing and find out what and where my problem areas were. Thanks you guys and will definitely recommend 👍

Have had Pointe Pest Control for some time now. They have great service and come out in between services if needed free of charge. Had Brent come out today and he did a great job!
