Matt did an excellent & thorough job of explaining choices of service & the process . . . was excellent at identifying the pests on the premises . . . was patient with the circumstances going on, on the property as he performed his duties . . . & the cost seems reasonable

I think it's important to note that I was offered a $10 credit to write a review the day of the service. I am writing this review 2 weeks after my service date. First of all, let me just say I was incredibly impressed with the service EcoTek provided. Not only was it reasonably priced and easy to schedule an appointment, the technician that came out, Serge, really knew his stuff. When I told him what pest problems I was experiencing mixed a spray solution specific to my needs. Matthew was very kind and patient with my questions. I appreciated that. Not to mention prompt to the window of time given. The first round He removed all my spider webs and sprayed inside and outside. Since then there has been a noticeable difference and the treatment worked. Matthew came back out today for another treatment for the winter. And was very kind, diligent, and was in and out. So far I am happy with this company and with our tech Matthew.

Matthew was right on time … gave us notice he was in route. What I should have said first was this was next day service. He was informative about the service offered answered all our questions and gave us service options. We were having issues with sugar ants hopefully this visit will do the trick if not he said call them and they’ll be back. Service plus three month warranty for this trip … also big on the list … it was a safe product for our dogs.

Excellent service. Highly recommend this company and especially Serge. He was able to answer all of my questions and ease my mind about our pest issues. Serge goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. He takes his time and is very thorough. You can call around and get estimates, but what really stood out for me were the Google reviews for this company and particularly Serge. And he definitely lives up to his 5 star reviews. :-)
