We were not happy with service provided, did not do a thorough sweep of house and claimed no visible activity of pest outside, when clearly there was activity that we were seeing.

I'm sorry that you had this experience. We expend a lot of effort notifying customers of days and times we will be servicing their homes or business so that if necessary, we can address inside issues. Nearly all ongoing preventative maintenance service is performed outside without homeowners present which is why we request a call or email notification of interior concerns so that we can arrange a mutually agreed service schedule. Also, any pest issues which may arise between the Quarterly scheduled services which you were contracted for, inside or out, are addressed at no charge...you merely have to let us know there's an issue. Thanks for allowing us to provide the one service that we did for you.
