Luckily, I have yet to need treatment for bed bugs. However, the minute I found evidence of one I called Sara and she spent ten minutes on the phone with me detailing what steps I should take and then emailed back and forth with me about what to do. Their customer service is unparalleled and if you’re having issues with bugs of any kind, these would be the first folks I would call!
Best company by far if you're having any questions about bed bugs. They went out of their way to ensure my in laws got taken care of and are able to rest easy tonight after being horrified to discover they got delivered some bed bugs in an etsy package. My poor mother in law was so traumatized about the whole thing and they were amazingly kind! Top notch customer service!
