The process was thoroughly explained and after all our questions were answered the work commenced quietly and quickly. Comparitively, Rainier Pest Control is an affordable solution for our pest problems.

Rainier Pest control responded quickly to my inquiring and came out for the initial maintenance treatment within a couple days. Mike went over everything he did and provided a report on the pest mitigation. Very fair price and safe applications around my dog. After the initial inside and out application, I set up the quarterly maintenance program and will not have to worry about calling/scheduling service. Excellent, professional service. Highly recommend.

Mike was so great! We are in a bit of a time crunch with selling a home and he was amazing to work with. He goes above and beyond, since the home was vacant, he was kind of enough to offer to help clean up some of the rodents mess. He communicated well and was prompt. He was priced according to others, and he also had the most 5 star reviews, I can see why! I highly recommend him, and for any pest needs in the future, I will be calling him!

In addition to our great quarterly maintenance visits, Mike was once again our "go to" guy for advice and information on dealing with an unwelcome visitation by mice and also some new questions about the sudden appearance of some interesting looking insects. We provided some photos and he promptly and professionally provided us with his expert advice. If you have any issues with unwanted critters or insects, you should give Mike a call and make him your "go to" guy. UPDATE - November 13, 2023 Mike let us know it was again time for his quarterly visit. As always, he arrived on time, cheerful and ready to check out the areas outside our home & spray for any pests looking to "visit" us. I'll repeat what I wrote before: Mike provides great service! Mike, the owner/operator of this company is a stand-up guy. He is a great communicator. He does what he says he will do by when he says he will do it. We had pests when he started and have no pests now for over a year. He comes back quarterly to treat the perimeter of the house and the lack of bugs keeps us very happy.

Thank goodness for Mike at Rainier Pest Control!!!! Two summers ago I had an infestation of Black Elder Box bugs that literally covered the sunny side of my house including all my decks. . I could not open the doors I could not sit outside I could not have guests over and it ruined my summer. Mike was able to determine where they were breeding, in large part in the trunk and limbs of a massive maple tree in my yard, and his spraying and maintenance has taken care of the problem. For the past two summers, I’ve had very few of those little bugs bugging me! Thank you, Mike!

Mike was referred to us. We called him because of a major ant problem he was here within 24 hours. We discussed our problem and paid him. We asked him if we needed to do a monthly thing with him he said no just call him back if any problems and he would come back out. Well the ants didn't stay away I called him back and left messages twice and he never called me back. So now I have to pay another company alot more money to do what should of been cheaper for me because of being a existing customer. Sad because he came so highly recommend and we liked him . I understand it's a busy time but it's not that hard to return a phone call
