I have so many complaints about this company/business. I typically don't leave reviews, but I am because I am hoping to save the next person a headache. First, they will never answer their phone or return a call. Second, they will text you and tell you that you have an upcoming appointment and not show up. I have had this happen several times. Then they will show up, unannounced, no appointment, no billing notice on porch/door. No list of services that they claim to have provided. You won't even know that they were at your home until you see that your bank account has been charged. I have no proof that they even performed a service! Serious lack of professionalism on so many levels. I have tried to cancel any future services and they will avoid you and any attempt to contact them. The only option I had was to contact my bank and deny/block any future charges to my account. Save yourself a lot of stress and contact a different business.

Yello has been a huge disappointment! I have the owner on video (ring doorbell) saying it is a one time $100 fee for the year, which they have billed us a $100 for each season even though we told them we have the video and that is not what was agreed to. They harassed my husband for a few weeks to get a new card on file at 9pm at night over a personal cell phone and wanted to write the card number down and she would add it to our account the next day, and when we declined to give her the card number she continued to threaten collections. They have only sprayed my house twice, they show up without advance notice so the second spray they only sprayed half of the property. They do not show up on scheduled dates and change it without calling or texting, they NEVER answer the phone and hardly return phone calls, currently waiting for a return call going on two weeks! This company has been a absolute joke!
