Zero communication from this company for almost a year. Very disappointed.

These guys ghosted us. We called a few months after they were supposed to do an appointment but the person who answered said they only had one person and were training another so they couldn’t come out until then. It’s been a year now and still nothing. I’m surprised Google says they’re still open since it seems they’ve gone out of business.

They were amazing to work with, but now I can't get a hold of them. I'm noticing more pests this summer than ever before and they said they would call back but haven't heard from them. We are paying quarterly and they are 2 months late. Strongly considering leaving AXIS. Try to call before joining. Maybe it's just been a bad 2 weeks. Received a call and they are willing to make it right by rescheduling and offering a discount to the service. Waiting for the actual technician to change the review further.

We haven’t had very good luck getting ahold of this company. We signed up for their services and said they’d come back In between services if we still saw signs of pests. But when we call they said they were too busy and would call us back. They never did. We called back several times and would just get a machine. Left several messages and no return calls. Still have pests!

I have absolutely nothing positive to say about this company. It was a hot mess from beginning to end. Their products don't actually get rid of any bugs and they are impossible to work with. The sales guy who worked with me just lied to my face about wanting to work with me on billing. Don't buy this product.

I hate spiders so I love pest control!! Tyler was great and so nice even though my dogs are jerks😆

We live in a newly developed neighborhood, we’ve had an overwhelming amount of spiders and bugs inside and outside. Tyler has serviced our house a few times, He listens to my pest concerns and adjusts the treatments accordingly. After my second treatment we still had a few spiders hanging around, I called the main office, and they sent Tyler out again to take care of us! My experience with Axis pest solution and Tyler has been excellent!

I love that we have Axis take care of our pest control! Ever since building our new house, we have seen mice, voles, bugs and they all got eliminated quickly! Our tech, Tyler, is awesome - he remembers what we have been dealing with and asks specifically each time and is persistent until our problems are resolved. As pests being my number one worry about moving into a new development out in the field a bit, these guys have taken that worry off my plate!

Tyler has been servicing our home for a while now and has been so helpful! He listens to any concerns, addresses them, and is very friendly. We usually have our lab in the backyard when he is servicing our home, and he even plays with him! I highly recommend him and Axis Pest Control!

We bought an older home and it was infested with spiders. Tyler came by and removed all the webs from the exterior and interior, sprayed very thoroughly and let us know how the process of getting rid of them would work. He’s always happy to answer all my questions and offers great advice. We’ve used other pest control services in the past and none have been as thorough, responsive, and cheerily helpful as Tyler with Axis. Thanks for keeping us safe!

Tyler is the best. He is always thorough and prompt, and I love that he checks in with me each time about possible needs. I live next to a canal and a field so I had every sort of bug known to man crawling around my property as well as hornets, wasps, and voles. Well, no more! They have literally vanished and I can now enjoy my yard again. I happily recommend Axis for your pest control needs.

I’m an active customer and can’t get a hold of their office! Call, call, call and it only rings 3 times and goes to voice mail. I won’t be scheduling further service

We hired Axis to get rid of our vole problem and make sure wasps nests are taken down. During the consultation I expressed thats all I care about and they assured us they can solve our issue. We used them for a few months, and nothing changed. We even still had a nest near our roofline. We called and they took it down. Friendly people for sure, but it was all a waste of time and money. They set a couple baits and never looked back, assuming that solves all vole problems. Such a let down.

Updating: was told by our service tech who came for our regular scheduled service, our service would be free due to the issues we had with trying to reach them over the last months time. We were also promised a call from the manager and have yet to receive that. I have additionally called the office number and left a message (since they don't answer) and have not had any return phone calls. They did text me for a short time yesterday asking me to call them so they could make it right. When I did, guess what, no answer or return phone call. I'm fed up. To top it off, I just received an invoice for the service yesterday charging me the full price. I will be disputing the charge. I would not recommend that anyone use their "service". Old 3 star review: The service techs are wonderful. The office staff (if there is any) is terrible at calling back. I've called and left a message 3 different times and have yet to receive a call back.

I have been trying to contact the office to schedule a service for over a month. In the 20 plus times I've called I have never had anyone answer. When I leave a message with everything their automated system asks for, I still don't get a call back. I would not recommend this company due to how terrible the customer service is.

Salesmen have come to my door trying to sell the pest control regardless of the large no soliciting sign posted. Maybe they do good work, but sales tactics like that turn me away from a company exceptionally fast.
