Good work, on time!

I really wanted to give these guys a great review. They worked with my daughter who was living in our home in Spanish Fork and showed up in a timely manner. We had planned to use them for our time there and had a good first meeting when spraying. My daughter paid $150 that day and then was told it would be $45 a month. A little pricey but seemed like good service. After a couple months, we had some family issues arise and needed to leave our home in SF. I emailed to cancel our services and they charged me another $150 for no additional services. So not only did we pay $150 for the first visit, and another $45 for a month of nothing, they then charged me $150 to cancel. So I paid $345 for a one time bug spraying. WOW. I currently pay $69 a visit for my spraying in St George. I cannot justify paying over $300 for a onetime spraying. With that being stated. For the most part the spraying did work, but when we return to Spanish Fork, we will definitely find a different bug spray company.

We love our bug guys! Brent is so friendly and social as is Nate! I love having the same person take care of my yard so they’re always familiar with what’s going on. When we first moved in there were spiders, centipedes, beetles, etc. that would sneak in the house and I can’t stand bugs, they creep me out! We’ve been with the Local Bug Guys for about 3 years now and it’s rare to come across bugs in the house anymore, if I see any, they’re usually dead by the doorway. Highly recommend this company, they are amazing 😊

Love these guys! I am so sick of pushy annoying pest control sales guy. With the other companies their pricing is all over the place, doing whatever they can to “close” the deal. They don’t even know the value of their service just looking for the big payday. Local Bug Guy knows the value of their services. They are professionals, organized, thorough , friendly, and NOT pushy!

It was easy to set up. The technician communicates with you on what areas he treated and what to expect after.

I had a wasp problem that got way out of hand—basically, they were starting to act like they owned the place. They even tried to take down my husband. Enter Nate, who showed up on a blazing August Friday afternoon completely unfazed like just another day at the office. He walked the property with me while I pointed out all my concerns, and he reassured me that my situation wasn’t even close to the worst he’d seen (I’m choosing to believe him). That little pep talk alone made me feel a lot better. Then he got to work, bravely taking on the swarm like a pro while I took refuge inside the house. When he was done, he showed me all the spots he’d treated and—let’s just say the wasps didn’t make it. Later, he even texted me a full “mission report” with the number of nests, their hiding spots, and what to expect in the coming week. He explained the spray included a deterrent so the wasps couldn’t rebuild their evil empire. Thank you, Nate—you were patient, professional, and way braver than I’ll ever be. My home is safe again, and the wasps have officially been evicted.

Everything went well. Kurt is our usual guy and he does a great job. We always his willingness to answer our questions and offer suggestions.

They were great! On time and this is the second day. NO more ants. Thank you!

Brent is one of the most honest, nice guys I have met. His bug service works!!! No bugs at my moms house anywhere!!! I would recommend him to anyone looking for fair prices and honestly coupled with kindness!

The best pest control in the business. We were with a different company before and we had a terrible experience. We never have big issues since using Local Bug Guy! They are always on time and quick to respond. Before using them we were have bad wasp problems and now we never see wasps at all! We also never see spiders! Thank you for the great work.

Box elder bug infestation sorted!! Brent sprayed our place with some kind of box elder special brew and now even after about a month, any box elder that touches my house is lying dead on the deck by end of day.
