I have loved Black Arches Pest Control! I changed to them a couple years ago when the company that I had did not live up to their promises to come back if there was problems in between services.That has not been the case with Black Arches Pest Control. They fulfill their word and have always been so great to take care of our needs. I hate spiders! Like I genuinely have a huge fear of them. After they spray, I kid you not, I don’t see any when working out in the yard! I always feel relieved when they come out because I know that I can safely work out in my yard without any fear of seeing a spider. We also use them to control rodents. I was told by somebody that because of the HUGE mice Problem up here in Saratoga Springs that it wouldn’t matter if I used a pest control company or not. I was told that the mice would come from other people‘s yards, etc. I kid you not…I have seen hardly any mice since we have been using their Black Arches Pest Control. They have very competitive pricing and great technicians! We have loved having Michael and now Noah as our technicians. They try and have the same technicians out every time so they know what our preferences are on where they should spray. Their Communication is great as well. You get plenty of warning before they come. I get texts a week before, the day before, and the day of them coming out. And even a text when the technician has arrived. I love that for when I am not home. I highly recommend black arches Pest Control. You will not be disappointed if you go with them!

So glad I took the recommendation to use this place for pest control! They were super fast and took the time to explain everything clearly. They stayed in touch about exactly when they’d arrive, and their customer portal is amazing for keeping track of bills. They also communicate before your next appointment and give enough time to cancel if needed. If you have pets, they are pet friendly! 10/10!

I’ve had 5 different pest control services and this one is by far my favorite. He sprayed areas no one has ever done before. Jordan did amazing and was so pleasant. I’ve always gotten young kids that have sprayed for us but it was the actual owner and an adult. Ha. Made me feel like it was done well!!
