They did fine in the beginning, but then my husband canceled the service and I keep getting charged. I don’t even know if they’re actually coming to my house or just taking all my money.

**AVOID THIS BUSINESS** They’ve been charging us to come every other month, but it’s March and they’ve only been to our house twice since last June. Some months they charged us twice but didn’t come at all. They won’t answer texts or return calls. **AVOID THIS BUSINESS**

This company is a scam, STAY AWAY. We noticed more than 1 (at one point THREE) charges of $50+ to our bank account every month in the 6 months since we signed up. They came for an initial spray and never returned. No one answers phone calls or emails. We finally filed charge backs with our bank and blocked them from pulling any more payments. I can’t believe this company is still in business. Edit to add March 2026: I guess if you need them to call you back and actually honor their side of the supposed contract you signed, you just have to block them from taking payments from your bank account. We did just that a month ago. 6 months after their initial spray and then being ghosted by them, they magically showed up to service our house out of nowhere this morning. All because our bank made them pay for the fraudulent charges that were reversed to us. No thank you…

I keep getting a monthly charge, but no one comes out to spray, and why would they spray in the dead of winter? That should have been my first clue. They kept two appointments. back in late summer and early fall of 2025. But, nothing since, just the charge every month. I thought they were pre charging for appointments they would do later? They want me to update my payment method. Plus it says it is an unverified account? I'm done! I have tried to call their office a few times, but can't seem to get anywhere. No one answers! I'm older and on a fixed income, so this is really a burden for me. This is very disappointing, I had made friends with one of the young men, so nice at first. But, this is what it has come to. Very irresponsible. The price was reasonable, but if the service isn't being provided then it becomes just another DOOR TO DOOR SCAM. DON'T USE THIS SERVICE! REPORTED TO THE BBB.

I wish I could give them a 0! They have not serviced my house in over 6 months, and they just took 3 months worth of charges out of my account in the past 10 days. I have tried calling multiple times and it goes straight to voice mail. I have left messages with no response. STAY AWAY!!

STAY AWAY!!! At first I thought this company was great as their initial spray got rid of the pests. However, they are now considered a fraudulent company in my eyes. They are supposed to service your house once a quarter and they haven’t serviced my house in over 4 months. I messaged them and ask if they were going to refund me since they aren’t providing the contracted service and instead of trying to resolve the issue they decided to double charge me this month.

finding it difficult to cancel my service, easier to load a second account for a 2nd review. EDIT: do the algorithm some justice and drop likes on the reviews you agree with.

i told the salesman i could not afford it. he proceeded to layer incentive ontop of incentive until i said yes. "no" , and "I cannot afford this" just did not communicate to the sales person. now they keep charging me when I cannot afford it and it is coming out of my grocery account. canceling the account so i can feed my family, tried to cancel the service but no on answers the phone.

Predatory behavior on the lower class by charging a monthly fee of $50.00 every month after they implied only $25.00 a month…. Only for them to not show up for 2 months, and then randomly drop by after filing a complaint with BBB. Never answer your calls or emails. Already closed my bank account so they can’t continue to charge me on my card. Terrible business.

I’ve been charged $50 every month and they refuse to answer their phone, respond to emails, or provide any customer support whatsoever. No one shows up, no one communicates, and there is zero way to reach an actual human. This company will take your money and disappear. Completely unprofessional, unethical, and predatory. If you're considering signing up with them — don’t. Save yourself the frustration and go with a legitimate company that actually honors their service and communicates with customers.

They sign you up for subscription service but then don't tell you they have a cancellation fee. I'm trying to cancel services because I'm moving. but in order to waive the "cancellation fee" I have to provide a utility bill from my new address that I haven't moved into yet and won't have a bill until a month after I move in. Do not hire this scam of a company.

When we moved into our house we needed to get rid of the pests, and wasatch pest control did just that! They are absolutely amazing, and we couldn't have asked for better service. Its affordable, and everyone is so friendly! Their spray is okay for kids, and animals so I never had to worry about leaving my home when they came out. We are so bummed that we wont be using them anymore due to us moving out of the area! You need to get rid of those nasty pests I highly recommend wasatch pest control! Definitely 10/10!

These guys were extremely positive to work with. They came quickly and resolved every problem I had. I spent a lot of money on perennials this year and the ear wigs were so bad. I Also had a snail and hornet problem. Thank you Wasatch Pest Control for helping me save my plants.

This company is shady as hell. They refused to let us cancel a subscription my parents were fooled into by a door to door salesperson. He made it sound like a cheap one time deal to spray and even got our neighbors in on it by having us pay half if they paid half. No one calls you back about cancellation even after multiple calls. Do not sign up. I would give no stars but I cannot leave this review unless I do.

We were approached by a salesperson who offered a one-time service for $50, claiming he was just in the neighborhood. Trusting his word, we agreed. A few months later, we were shocked to discover monthly charges on our account—something we never agreed to. When we called to cancel, we were told we’d have to pay $250 to get out of the contract, even though we were never informed of ongoing service. This experience felt deceptive and predatory, and we’re extremely disappointed. We feel misled and scammed, and would strongly caution others to be very careful before doing business with this company.
