While this service did get rid of the pests we were dealing with (which is why I gave two starts) the customer service was AWFUL and I would not recommend this service to anyone. We were told that we would be contacted before any spraying services happened but we were never contacted or notified. They began spraying the wrong residence multiple times and we only caught it because we had walked out of our home. Clinton didn’t show during the time frame I was given. When I contacted him he said he came out and did the inspection. It took days for me to get the report. I needed a form 33 filled out for my inspection and Truly Nolen wanted to charge me another 150 for them to fill out the form I needed to close on my loan. I ended up getting a refund because Clinton didn’t even enter my home to inspect the inside. He filled out a legal binding document and lied about doing a complete inspection. Truly Nol

I called this company to inquire about a rodent problem, only. The website 'claims' they work with all pests, thoroughly eliminating then. They persuaded me into the qtrly insect spray, that was included in the rodent elimination. They did VERY LITTLE more than placing traps with peanut butter in them. Didn't climb in the attic or try and find the source. We didn't see any spiders, but that's not what my concern was. After more than a year of the same problem, my husband finally got rid of them
