We were so panicked when we started hearing birds in our vents, but Hybrid Pest Control was amazing! They not only explained the entire process to me over the phone but they came out the very next day, evicted our starling squatters, ensured our vents were clear, and installed a new vent cover for us. Updated Review. The owner Adam who first helped serviced my account was EXCELLENT. Justin seems to have taken over-not sure if it is new ownership. The quality of technicians and using them ALWAYS requires a retreat. Justin is defensive “feels attached” and has a major attitude. Overall if you want convince and do not want to have multiple trips scheduled or be able to ask questions about your bill DO NOT USE this company. I still have bugs and their rat products do not work.
