I hired this company to give me a quote on saving my tree (the one between my driveway and the sidewalk). I specifically pointed it out, but their records didn’t note which tree. I was told the tree had a wood-boring insect, needed injections, and that we could start treatments right away, though spring was best. Edit: This company only pretends to be helpful after getting negative reviews on Yelp. Their response when I called in was the absolute opposite of being helpful. Let me specifically note that I asked for a respray in my call and they told me that they 100 percent refused to do so. Now only after posting this review, they are claiming that they provide resprays. Just amazing how much they suddenly care only after receiving a negative review. (End of Edit). I would be extremely careful with this company. Unfortunately I have been a customer for several years. The last two years the communication has been terrible. They just show up and do a treatment and bill my credit card. I recieved a text about an Iron treatment that would happen the day after memorial day.
