We have used Logan Extermination for several years and highly recommend there services. We have them come 6 times each season, for lawn care. They let you know a day or two before they are coming and are thoughtful and considerate of our many flower beds making sure they do not drag hoses over them or overspray. You receive a 3 x refillable bottle of weed spray to hit those weeds that may have been missed during application or may be in a flower bed, I love that and it is a very effective spray.

Gary has been our GO TO Bug Guy for 20 years. We refuse to use anyone else. In those 20 years, I have never ever had a bug problem. Now we have tried other services and we always had to call them back. That has NEVER HAPPENED with Logan Extermination's Garry Jacobs. I don't know what we are going to do when he retires.

Review of Logan Extermination I’m not outright telling anyone to avoid Logan Extermination, but after my experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for pest control services. From the beginning, the scheduling process was shaky. I was told they might show up on the scheduled day as they were trying to “fit us in,” and if they didn’t, it would be a couple of weeks before they could return. That lack of commitment and communication felt unprofessional right away. I should have trusted my gut. On the scheduled day, the technician arrived, knowing no one was home. Our doorbell camera showed the tech knocking, then spraying briefly around the garage door, before quickly retreating to the truck after only a couple of minutes. Now, we have eight cameras around the house, and not a single one captured any further activity. Apparently, this technician has ninja-like abilities, managing to treat the entire perimeter of the house in under 4 minutes without being detected—or, more likely, he’s dishonest and failed to perform the service he was hired to do. Two months later, we received an invoice. Naturally, my wife and I were confused since we knew the work hadn’t been completed. Thinking it was a mistake, we ignored it, only to receive a threatening letter later, warning us that they would send the invoice to collections. I then spoke with Tammy, the store manager. Let me just say, dealing with her was an experience in itself. Despite explaining the situation and stating that the technician didn’t complete the service, she was dismissive and rude, insisting that her technicians are “honest.” Instead of investigating the issue or offering any sort of resolution, she stood her ground, essentially calling us liars, and stated she’d just send it to collections. She didn’t care to acknowledge the possibility of a mistake, let alone a solution. To sum it up, Logan Extermination offers poor service, worse communication, and abysmal customer care. Mr. Anderson, you really ought to take a hard look at the people you’ve entrusted with running your business. Between dishonest employees and a store manager who couldn’t care less about resolving issues, you’re setting yourself up for failure. And to Tammy—may your day reflect the kind of “service” you provide.

Mr Wayne, I’m sorry that you have had a poor experience with our company. I am surprised that we have not heard any complaints from you for over 2.5 months, and now when we send you a payment reminder we get a profanity laden phone call and a 1-star review. There is no excuse for the way that you treated our employees over the phone - they are just trying to do their job and do not deserve your abuse for any reason. You are welcome to call and discuss this with me if you prefer, but please do not treat my employees with so much disrespect. Why would you not notify us immediately that you suspected that the work had not been completed as ordered? We could have investigated immediately and provided an answer and a reasonable resolution. Two and a half months later, I can see why my employees are skeptical of your report that the work was not done.<br><br>I don’t understand why you question our willingness to work you into a schedule that was already set for the day? We only come to Tremonton every 2 weeks, so my office staff being able to work you in without making you wait until our next route - that sounds quite admirable to me. I also see that we notified you via text the day prior to our arrival, as well as another text 20 minutes before he arrived at your house. I also see that he had a reminder to call you 20-30 minutes before he arrived at your home. Is that not enough advance notification?<br><br>We too use technology to track our employees, the product they apply and what they do. We know precisely where they are at, how much time they should spend at each property, and how much product they took & brought back with them. I totally understand your concerns with him not showing up on your cameras. I too have cameras around my home, and I know for a fact that a tech spraying my home would not show up in multiple locations. I don’t know where your cameras point. However, our time-stamp records indicate that he was at your property for 25 minutes, which is more than enough time to spray your entire house and clean up. Is it possible that Ryan came and just sprayed your front door and left? Yes. Is it likely - not in the least. Why would he travel 30+ minutes to Tremonton stay for 3 minutes, and then just leave? It makes no sense. His entire job and pay is predicated on him doing the best job possible for our customers. I have not received one complaint all year about Ryan or his work other than yours. He does about 15-20 house visits per day. Possible that he is duping both of us, yes, but very unlikely.<br><br>For an exterior-house insect spray - which you have not paid for - other local companies charge $100-125. We fit you in to our schedule last minute, drove all the distance and time to Tremonton, made the application (and I know how much product our techs use, and it is very, very generous and also quite effective) and left with minimal traces that we were even there. We charge only $75. I think it is a great value for our customers. For you, it is free of charge. Consider it on me.<br><br>My apologies that we could not meet your expectations. What a rip off. Paid for nothing. Being a first time homeowner and having to address pest issues myself and being completely unaware of expectations of hiring an exterminator. You would think it's a pretty straight forward task. Call a guy, they come out and spray, let them know if you have any issues, they come back out... apparently NOT! Called Logan Exterminator for spiders ants earwigs and wasps in our new home. Paid $95 for full inside outside spray. Was told to wait 2 weeks after initial spray to see if bugs were killed properly and were told it may get worse before they go away...no mention of guarantee windows...called at 2.5 weeks, just to make sure I was not calling back for nothing, to let them know the wasps never went away and that they had gotten worse. Was told by the girl on the phone they have a 7-10 day guarantee and that we were outside that window. WTH!!! 7-10 DAY GUARANTEE FOR BUGS????? When I told them the tech told me to wait 2 weeks she staggered, backtracked and said she had to check to see if we could get a respray and would call me back. Got a call when expected and scheduled a free respray 1.5 week later as per their availability... no further mention of guarantee guidelines or restrictions. Tech came out and sprayed 3 areas that were heavily active with wasps. Assuming each visit had the same guarantee timeline of 7-10 days, after 7 days 2 of the areas still had heavy wasp activity so I called to make sure I was within the guarantee windows. I was then told the window is 30 days but they tell you 7-10 days so they have time reschedule within the 30 days window... nothing but lies and deceit.. AND now am being told they only allow 1 respray without paying again. Needless to say, I will not be paying for another respray only a month and half after initial spray AND I won't be using their service nor recommending them to anyone else. Don't waste your money or time. They will charge you for nothing and expect you to pay again to fix what they did not do in the first place. Bad business practices and deceitful employees.

I prepaid for annual lawn care. They have been out to treat my lawn on time. Their weed killer is not effective. I have called several times to ask them about treatment and they have told me they do not have the correct product to treat weeds when it is over 80 degrees. I would think they would get the correct product. I paid an additional fee to have them spray for ants. They sent someone out twice to try and kill them and we still have tons of ants. I could not recommend them for the services that they contract to do. Lawn looked way better last year when I was just buying stuff and treating it on my own. I will be using one of the companies my neighbors use in the future. Their lawns look great.

What many people don’t understand is that there is not an herbicide that is safe to use when temperatures are above 90 degrees. There is always a chance that it can burn your lawn. I know it is frustrating, but I would rather you be upset with us because you have a few weeds than come and burn your entire lawn by accident because it went over 90 degrees the day we sprayed. I regularly go out and inspect lawns that our applicators are treating, and some definitely look better than others, but keep in mind that this is a partnership, and not every lawn is exactly the same. Sometimes it takes a season for us to get all your weeds under control and get your lawn healthy. It has been a very stressful year for turf considering the weather conditions. <br><br>That being said, if you will give me a call this week, I’d be glad to come look at your lawn and visit with you about what we can do to make it right for you. I don't usually leave bad reviews, but I wanted to save someone else the trouble that we did with our lawncare. We used this company the last two years for our fertilizing and weed treatment for our grass. They destroyed our grass. We did our own care for 4 years and had beautiful grass. We just decided to support a local business and let someone else do it. We regret doing this. They did our lawn that first summer and it seemed fine at the time, though there were more weeds than we thought there should be, and then after the winter the snow melted and our grass looked terrible. It had no green at all in it. We were baffled as to why it looked so bad, because all the other lawns in our area were greening up. We even had a neighbor approach us at church and ask us what we had done to our grass. We contacted the company to let them know that we were not happy because this had never happened before. They assured us it was because of the weather... even though no one else's looked that way. Unfortunately we had already pre-paid for the year at this point, so my husband decided we would give them one more try. We regretted it. The service was terrible. Their techs would come and spend hardly any time spraying, they would skip spots and they would lie about it. I was extremely frustrated when I forgot that they were coming and I had left my house to run an errand, and I had left the windows open and my backyard was covered in kids toys, balls, and a brand new water table with its new toys. I came home and they had sprayed all over my kids stuff and with my windows wide open. I was extremely upset (obviously) and when I called to talk to them about it, the lady in charge was extremely rude and very impolite to me. She told me he picked up the toys before spraying and then put them back... I am so sure. They were all in the exact same spots they had been before I left, and there was little tiny balls all over the yard. Probably more than 20 toys around the yard, the box from our new water table which I knew for a fact that it hadn't been moved. And I told her that even IF he had done that, he would have still just dropped it back onto poison, and that it was not appropriate to spray with all my stuff out and my windows open. They did not apologize, she just told me it was MY fault because I should have been ready for them. I understand that I was told 3 days before, but as a parent, we sometimes forget some of these things with the several other things we are trying to remember and yes, it slipped my mind. I will admit that I should have remembered, but never is it appropriate to spray poison all over someone's childrens toys. I would have been fine if they had to skip that service and do it at a later date, but I was not ok with this. She was very un-professional and rude. The remaining services left us very un-impressed also, and our grass looks just as terrible after this winter as it did last winter. We would NOT recommend using this company for your lawn services.

Crooks!! Claim we signed up for their services but never did. Then they claim they did an exterior spray in the fall. They didn’t! The explanation I got is that they come to spray but only if I DON’T call!!! Don’t use these crooks!!

We had bed bugs in 2017, and payed big bucks to get rid of them. Unfortunately it was us who eventually got rid of them ourselves and not the exterminator. Don't hire these guys for bed bugs, you'll pay to much and then they are rude about it too when you are like excuse me the bugs are still here.

I mean I heard good things, but unfortunately never got to experience anything as twice they didnt show up, didnt tell me why, didnt tell me when they would come back. Just no called no showed no reasoning. Then I randomly get a message saying they will be here on said day, I call to confirm, and still they dont show up. I get things come up, but when you twice tell me your coming then ghost me, that's unprofessional. I wont use them again and will definitely take my business elsewhere

So apparently killing my entire lawn is what i wanted that's what they tell me at least. Maybe I was unclear they say they sent a text never got it so yeah be wary double check tripple check. On a positive side there coverage was perfect.

In the past Logan Extermination did a great job and I never had an issue. This time they came out to spray but the spray did not kill the ant and other bug problem I was having. I called back to reschedule another appointment, they never showed up or even bothered to call me. When I called to ask why no one called or showed up the gal told me one of their guys quit. We rescheduled for another day and the same thing happened, no one showed up and no one called me to say they were not coming. Called and spoke to the manager Tammy, she was a bit rude and blamed me saying they did call and they did show up, that I never answered my phone or door. FLAT OUT LIE!!! My husband and I were both home both days, turns out they had the wrong phone number, which I can understand that mistake, but no one showed up twice! I did business with them before and they had my correct phone number, so not sure what happened regarding them having a different phone number? I will never do business with this company again, they are rude and not once did Tammy say sorry. Do not throw your money away when their chemicals can't even kill ants or spiders. My husband purchased an over the counter spray and that cost $15, and it worked, better than spending $75 for them to spray just the outside. Save yourself the money and the hassle dealing with the rude ladies that work there. The guy Gary that works for them is a great guy and he does a great job.
